Welcome to this quantum nature bathing meditation. My name is Marieke Leeuwenveld. Close your eyes and allow your breath to deepen. Imagine yourself standing barefoot on the earth. Roots anchored into the soul. You are safe. You are connected. Letting your breath rise and exhaling all the way down into the earth. Visualize yourself entering a forest, seeing the trees, hearing the birds, smelling the earth and feeling the sunlight. I am one with nature. Breathe in the oxygen from the trees, cleansing your lungs. Feel golden light, sunlight bathing your skin, charging you with vitality. Hear the bird songs as cosmic music harmonizing your mind. Visualize yourself placing a hand on a tree nearby, a tree that calls you. Place your hand on this tree, grounding you, sensing its vibration and merging with yours. Connect with the beautiful energy within this tree, the energy flow connecting all the way down into the earth and feeling how strong, stable, grounded the core of this tree is and reflecting that back into oneself. Letting your breath rise and sink back down into the earth, following the roots into the sacred connection with this planet, with nature and letting your breath rise, reaching into the branches, reaching into the sky and feeling your cosmic connection and feeling your connection with the elements, the earth, the wind, the water. I am restored by the earth. Every cell in my body vibrates with harmony and I am part of the living field of nature.
