Nieuwe Maan Meditatie

 Welcome to this New Moon Meditation. The New Moon is a period in which you can stand still for a while. And experience what you share in your life. For this moment you can take the time to find a place for yourself. Where you can sit quietly. Where you can feel for a while. And experience what is going on in your body. What thoughts come to you. And then you can come and sit in a comfortable position. You can sit in the clothesline. You can also lie down. With your feet hip-width apart. And your toes lie down and sink out. Palms open to the air. Or if you are sitting, you also place your palms on your knees open to the air. Thumbs and index fingers you place on each other. The other fingers point down to the ground. And then take a deep breath. To get to yourself. Breathe out slowly again. And then you can go to yourself. If there is an intention that you want to set. For the coming month. From the New Moon. We can experience what is going on in our body. What is present in our mind. And what we might want to do differently in our lives. Maybe you want to let go of patterns or activities in your life. Relationships. So that you can create more space for all the new that comes to you. Inspiration, creation and development. And for this moment you can turn in deeply. In silence. And in silence experience what is going on. You can follow your breathing as it is. Without forcing it. Breathing has a free flow through the belly towards the pelvic floor. And follows its way along your legs to your feet. To your toes. Maybe you notice that there are discomforts present. Such as tension. Warmth or cold. And then you can breathe to that place of discomfort. Experience what it does to you. If you give space to the entire body with your breath. The natural breathing is always present. In which you can breathe new life into the body. In the time of the New Moon. The New Moon is a refreshing period. Where you can make new choices for yourself. And at this moment you can experience in silence. What sensations are present. Maybe thoughts come by. Inspiration comes up. And you don't have to do anything with it. You just have to observe it. And maybe you notice that in the past......thoughts have come up. For things you want to do differently. Or things you want to undertake. And by giving space to yourself in silence. You can give the ideas space to integrate in your body. To feel if it can be present in you. And if you notice that you become restless from those thoughts. Or that you are not entirely sure. Then you can follow your breathing as it is. Maybe you notice that it needs some time. And that is completely okay. The beginning of the New Moon is the period in which you start thinking of new ideas. And later the moon phase follows. The idea can come to fruition more and more. And after this session you can take the time to write. To write down what has come up in you. What you felt. And how you would like to feel. To really go into that deep connection with yourself. To experience what is present in you. And what you can share with the world. Maybe you want to keep it to yourself. Or you just want to create it for yourself. And that is completely okay. And then we take a deep breath in to your toes. You fill your whole body with new energy. Space and relaxation. You fill every part of your body with relaxation. Softening. And on the exhale you take the tension out. As if you put it on a cloud and blow it away. And then you notice what happens on the exhale. The enlightenment. And what happens on the inhale. The addition of new energy in your body. Softening for the ligaments, the muscles. But also the relaxation of the breath. You get the time to sink deeper and deeper into your body. If you let the breath flow as it is. Without forcing it. The breath is smart enough to even follow its own way to relaxation. And every time you notice that you are getting restless. You can return your attention to the breath. Follow the breath as it is. Our thoughts often want to make the breath a beat. By constantly feeling and going back to yourself, where you are at the moment in your life. How the breath flows. And the relaxation you take. You can slowly take the time to sink into your body. Breathe in again, two more times. To your toes. And slowly out again. And then I thank you for this new month meditation. In which you have taken the time for yourself. To experience what is going on in you. And after this meditation you can take the time to feel. And to write down what came up in you. What kind of beauty and newness you want to create.  Welkom bij deze Nieuwe Maan-meditatie. De Nieuwe Maan is een periode waarin je weer even stil kunt staan en kunt ervaren wat je wilt in je leven. En voor dit moment kun je even de tijd nemen om een plek te zoeken voor jezelf, waar je rustig kunt zitten, waar je even kunt voelen en ervaren wat er in je lichaam speelt. Welke gedachten zijn er bij je opkomen. En dan kun je in een comfortabele houding komen zitten, mag je in de kleermakers zitten. Je kunt ook komen liggen met je voeten op heupbreedte en je tenen laat je liggen en naar buiten zakken. Handpalmen open naar de lucht, of als je zit plaats je ook je handpalmen op je knieën open naar de lucht. Duimen en wijsvingers plaats je op elkaar, de overige vingers wijzen naar beneden naar de oude. En dan neem je een diepe inademing, om even aan te komen bij jezelf, adem je rustig weer uit. En dan kun je bij jezelf nagaan of er een intentie is die je wilt zetten voor de komende maand. Vanuit de Nieuwe Maan kunnen we ervaren wat er in ons lichaam speelt, wat er in onze geest aanwezig is en wat we misschien anders willen doen in ons leven. Misschien wil je patronen of activiteiten in je leven loslaten, relaties, zodat je meer ruimte kunt creëren voor al het nieuwe wat in jou opkomt. Inspiratie, creatie en ontwikkeling. En voor dit moment kun je even diep naar binnen keren, in stilte, en in stilte ervaren wat er aanwezig is. Je kunt je ademhaling volgen zoals hij is, zonder hem te forceren. Ademhaling heeft een vrije stroming door de buik richting de bekkerbodem en volgt zijn weg langs je benen, naar je voeten, tot in je tenen. Misschien merk je dat er ongemakken aanwezig zijn, zoals spanning, warmte of kou. Dan kun je naar die plek van ongemak toe ademen, ervaren wat het met je doet. Als je ruimte geeft aan het volledige lichaam met je adem, de natuurlijke ademhaling is altijd aanwezig, waarin je het lichaam nieuw leven in kunt blazen, in de tijd van de nieuwe maan. De nieuwe maan is een verfrissende periode, waarin je nieuwe keuzes kunt maken voor jezelf. En op dit moment kun je ervaren, in stilte, welke sensaties er aanwezig zijn. Misschien komen er gedachtes voorbij, komt er inspiratie omhoog. En je hoeft daar even niets mee te doen, je hoeft het alleen maar te observeren. En misschien merk je dat er in de afgelopen tijd gedachtes bij omhoog zijn gekomen, voor dingen die je anders wilt doen of dingen die je wilt ondernemen. En door ruimte te geven aan jezelf in stilte, kun je die ideeën de ruimte geven om in je lichaam te integreren, te voelen of het bij jou aanwezig mag zijn. En als je merkt dat je onrustig wordt van die gedachtes, of dat je het niet helemaal zeker is, dan kun je nog eens je ademhaling volgen zoals die is. Misschien merk je dat het nog wat tijd nodig heeft, dat is ook helemaal oké. Het begin van de nieuwe maan is de periode waarin je start met het bedenken van nieuwe ideeën. En later de maanfase volgt, kan het idee steeds meer tot uiting komen. En na deze sessie kun je ook even de tijd nemen om te schrijven, even op te schrijven wat er allemaal in je opgekomen is, wat je voelde en hoe je je zou willen voelen. Je merkt die diepe verbinding met jezelf aan te gaan, te ervaren wat er in jou aanwezig is en wat jij mag delen met de wereld. Misschien wil je het voor jezelf houden en wil je het alleen maar creëren voor jezelf. Dat is ook helemaal oké. En dan nemen we weer een diepe inademing tot in je tenen. Vul je je hele lichaam op met nieuwe energie, ruimte en ontspanning. Vul je ieder deeltje in je lichaam op met ontspanning, verzachting. En op de uitademing neem je de spanning weer naar buiten, alsof je het op een wolk neerlegt en wegblaast. En dan merk je ook wat er gebeurt op de uitademing, de verlichting, en wat er gebeurt op de inademing. Toevoeging van nieuwe energie in je lichaam, verzachting voor het bindweefsel, de spieren, maar ook de ontspanning van de adem die je de tijd krijgt om steeds dieper in je lichaam te zakken. Als je de ademhaling laat stromen zoals die is, zonder hem te forceren. De ademhaling is slim genoeg om zelfs zijn weg te vervolgen naar ontspanning. En iedere keer dat je merkt dat je onrustig wordt, dan kun je je aandacht weer terugkeren naar de adem. De ademhaling volgen zoals die is. Onze gedachten willen vaak de ademhaling van slag maken. En door steeds weer te voelen en bij jezelf na te gaan waar je op dit moment staat in je leven, hoe de ademhaling stroomt en de ontspanning die je neemt, kun je weer langzaam de tijd nemen om in je lichaam te zakken. Adem je nog twee keer door tot in je tenen. En langzaam weer uit. En dan dank ik je voor deze nieuwe maandmeditatie waarin je de tijd hebt genomen voor jezelf. Om te ervaren wat er in jou aanwezig is. En na deze meditatie kun je nog even de tijd nemen om even na te voelen. En even te schrijven wat er allemaal in je opkwam. Wat voor moois en nieuws je wilt creëren. Of dat het misschien ook wel zo goed is op dit moment. Ik wens je een mooie nieuwe dag, nieuwe avond of nieuwe middag. Namaste.
