Make yourself comfortable, take a slow breath in through your nose and then exhale through your mouth. Feel your body sinking, grounding into your bed. Imagine roots from your spine and feet anchoring into the earth, holding you steady and safe, grounded and anchored. Let your breath rise and let your breath sink back down. Feeling into the spaciousness, the relaxation of your breath. Feeling into the flow, the river of your breath, where there's no beginning, no ending, a continuation, a flow, an expansion and a release. Let your breath rise and sink back down into the earth, breathing in and exhaling. Breathing in life force energy and exhaling the energies you're ready to release, becoming fully present with the movement of your breath, the inhalation and your exhalation. Now, visualize yourself floating on a calm, endless waters. The ocean is still, illuminated by moonlight. The gentle rhythm of the waves matches your breath. Every inhale, the ocean lifts you.
