Opening To Possibilities And Newness 

 Welcome to this guided meditation on opening to possibilities. Opening to possibilities. Opening yourself to newness, to beauty, to abundance, to light, to love, to all things good. Beginning with the breath, breathing in fully deeply and as you exhale feel your whole body soften, feel yourself relax. You're giving yourself permission to completely let go. And just feeling any stress, any tension completely melting away, melting away. So it's like a sigh of relief to just surrender. And any blocks, any constrictions, any doubts, any fears, just for this time putting them aside. As if scooping up all of that energy, any energy of constriction, negativity, fear, doubt and just placing it to the side. It can just be there for now. And breathing into a new sense of openness, of freedom, of lightness. Breathing into your heart, breathing into your whole being and feeling with each breath. It's like breathing in light. So not just breathing in oxygen, you're breathing in light as well. You're expanding, you're breathing, you're taking in newness. You're opening to new possibilities, new experiences that perhaps in the past you put aside out of doubt, out of fear, whatever the reason. And with palms open you can place put your hands out, palms open. I am open to receive. I am open to receive my highest good. I open to expand into my highest expression here and I release all fear, all doubt. Taking a few deep breaths into this place, openness, newness. And allowing yourself to be held and supported in divine arms that you're completely held, supported. Breathing in light and expanding, opening. Taking a few more moments to really feel this vibration. So light and so free. And it just takes that willingness, that willingness to open, to let go and to make yourself available to miracles. To feel in your heart miracle consciousness is my way, it is my birthright to be in that divine alignment, to be of the greatest service in our world, to really bring your full presence. Just taking another breath to really ground in this openness, this expansion. So that as you do go into your life you can come back to this place of expansiveness, of trust, of courage, of light, surrender and bringing the fullness of your being in our world.
