You are a powerful healer and creator and you can heal yourself. This practice assists you in creating wellness and healing illness through the use of white light, affirmations and spiritual wisdom.

Perfect Health Practice (Long Slow Version)

 Welcome to this meditation which you can practice on a regular basis to either maintain your wellness or to heal any illness or condition you may have. Let's begin with a few deep and cleansing breaths. Bring your breath in and out. And with every breath in you are breathing in the healing life force energy and every breath out you relax and surrender into the present moment. Take a minute to do this. And now let's pay attention to the body. Allow every muscle in your body to relax. Starting with your head. The top of your head. Your forehead and brow. Relaxing your eyes. The muscles in your face. Your mouth and tongue. Your jaw. The back of your head. Your ears. Relax and let go of all tension you are holding. Feeling into the throat, relaxing the throat and neck. And with every breath out you relax and let go. Feeling your shoulders relax and dropping the burdens you are carrying. Relaxing your arms and hands and fingers. Allowing yourself to let go. Feeling into your chest, your heart, your lungs. Relaxing. Feel your breath as you relax and let go. Be aware of your upper back, your middle back and your lower back. Relaxing and letting go. Feeling into your torso and sensing your organs and simply allowing your organs to relax. Your stomach. Your pelvis. Your reproductive organs. Feeling into your hips and sacrum and again allowing them to relax. And your buttocks. Your upper legs. Your lower legs. Your ankles. Feet and toes. Breathe out and let go. And give thanks to your body which carries you through life. And allowing your body to relax with every breath out. This is the time to come home to yourself and give yourself the gift of healing. Feel yourself in the here and now. For that is the only place where healing can take place. The body heals with love. Connect in with your heart, your center of love. And breathe white light into your heart. As you breathe out, breathe out soft pink colored light which is the color of love. And direct this light throughout your body. So breathing in white light, breathing out pink light. And take a minute to do this. And now send the pink light of love to wherever it is most needed in your body. Wherever there is any heaviness or pain, imbalance or disease. And now send the pink light now. If you have a disease or a condition, say to it now, I love you. Love is the only vibration that heals. And say to it, I accept you. Whatever we accept can change. Whatever we resist persists. So send love and acceptance to any illness, disease or condition you have now. I love you and I accept you. I love you and I accept you. I love you and I accept you. The body loves to be felt. Take a minute to feel the physical sensations of your body. Our body is in constant communication with us. But in this busy world we so often ignore our body's language. Contemplate this question. Is my body trying to tell me something? And take a minute to listen to your body. You may receive a message or you may not. Just lovingly listen to your body. It will love you for listening. Take a minute to do this. The mind is a powerful creator. It can create wellness and it can create illness depending on where our thoughts are most of the time. The vibration of love and loving thoughts create wellness. While the vibration of fear and fearful thoughts create illness. Continue to relax. Say to yourself, every cell in my body is healthy and well. Every cell in my body is healthy and well. Every cell in my body is healthy and well. And now imagine your body being filled with white healing light from your head all the way down to your toes. The white healing light has the power to release any cells that are not healthy or well. Picture them now being released. And if you have a condition or any part of your body that is not well, concentrate the white light on that part of your body. Every cell in my body is healthy and well. And now say, my body has the ability to heal itself. My body has the ability to heal itself. My body has the ability to heal itself. And this is true. Our bodies have the ability to heal themselves but we haven't been brought up to believe this. Once again see and feel white healing light wash through your entire body from head to toe. And you can concentrate this light on any part of your body that needs healing. Say now. I activate all healing knowledge and wisdom in my body now. I activate all healing knowledge and wisdom in my body now. I activate all healing knowledge and wisdom in my body now. Your body already contains the necessary knowledge for your healing. See and feel the white light streaming through you, clearing your body of any blocks to healing knowledge and wisdom. I activate all healing knowledge and wisdom in my body now. If you have a disease or a condition, focus the white light on it and say, I release and let go of everything and anything that is creating this now. So bring the white healing light in again, allowing it to clear you of any choices or behaviours that sabotage your health. Say now, my entire being is in divine balance and harmony.
