You are a powerful healer and creator and you can heal yourself. This meditation assists you in creating wellness and assists you in healing illness through the use of affirmations and spiritual wisdom.

Perfect Health Meditation

 This is a meditation to practice on a regular basis to either maintain wellness or to heal any condition or illness you may have. Let's begin with relaxing the body. Allow every muscle in your body to relax. Starting with your head, the top of your head, the back of your head, the muscles in your face, your jaw, your tongue. Relax your neck, drop your shoulders, breathe out and let go. Relax your arms and hands and fingers, your chest and upper back, your torso, the organs in your body, your middle back, your pelvis, your reproductive organs, your hips and sacrum. Breathe out all tension now. Your buttocks, upper legs and lower legs, your feet and toes. Allow your body to relax with every breath out. This is your time to come home to yourself and give yourself the gift of healing. Feel yourself in the here and now, for that is the only place where healing can take place. The body heals with love. Connect in with your heart, your center of love and breathe white light into your heart. As you breathe out, breathe out soft pink colored light, the color of love and direct this light throughout your body. Take a minute to do this. And now send the pink light to wherever it is most needed in your body, where there is pain, heaviness, imbalance or disease. And do this for a minute. If you have a disease or condition, say to it now, I love you. Love is the only vibration that heals. And say to it, I accept you, whatever we accept can change, what we resist persists. Send love and acceptance to any illness or disease or condition you have now. The mind is a powerful creator, it can create wellness and it can create illness, depending on where our thoughts are most of the time. The vibration of love and loving thoughts create wellness, while the vibration of fear and fearful thoughts create disease. As you continue to feel into your body, say to yourself, every cell in my body is healthy and well. And imagine your body filled with white light from your head all the way down to your toes. The white light has the power to release any cells that are not healthy or well. Picture them being released now. And if you have a condition or if there is any part of your body that is not well, concentrate the white light on that part of your body. Every cell in my body is healthy and well. And now say, my body has the ability to heal itself. This is true, our bodies have the ability to heal themselves, but we haven't been brought up to believe this. And again, feel and see white healing light wash through your entire body. And you can concentrate this light on any part of your body that needs healing. My body has the ability to heal itself. Say now, I activate all healing knowledge and wisdom in my body now. Allow the white healing light to stream through you and clear your body of any blocks to healing knowledge and wisdom. I activate all healing knowledge and wisdom in my body now. If you have a condition, a disease or physical pain, focus the white light on it now and say, I release and let go of everything and anything that is creating this now. Visualize the white light streaming through the area. I release and let go of everything and anything that is creating this now. Say now, I honor myself and I honor my body. I make wise choices by eating healthy food, taking regular exercise and taking time to rest. Bring the white healing light in again, allowing it to clear you of any choices or behaviors that sabotage your health. Let it stream through you. Say now, my entire being is in divine balance and harmony. I am well on all levels now. Feel yourself once again filled with white light. Imagine yourself also surrounded by the white light, allowing it to bring balance and harmony to your entire being. Feel yourself present. Take a few deep breaths in and out. Whenever you are ready, open your eyes.
