Portalen zijn letterlijk ingangen naar hoge energetische frequenties. Op deze dagen kan er veel gebeuren in energie wat kan bijdragen aan jouw bewustwordingsproces. Portaal momenten worden gekenmerkt door krachtige astrologische constellaties en dagen met dubbele data; 1/1(1 januari), 2/2 (2 februari), 3 maart etc. Een veelal bekend portaal is de zogenaamde ‘leeuwenpoort’ op 8 aug (8/8). 

In deze mediatie begeleid ik je stap voor stap om zelf te kunnen verbinden met een portaal. Daarna is er ontspannende muziek om 10 minuten de open portaal verbinding te laten stromen. Langer in de energie blijven kan uiteraard ook. 

Zorg dat je goed gehydrateerd bent voordat je begint; drink een goed glas (liefst gezuiverd) water. Na de meditatie bedank je alle energieën die met jou gewerkt hebben. Drink opnieuw een goed glas water. Grond jezelf goed en blijf voor de integratie nog even rustig zitten of liggen.

Today at Pure Feeling, a meditation for Portal Days. Portal Days are moments when the energy is exceptionally special and so high that the frequencies between the earthly 3D dimension and other dimensions are more aligned with each other. They are true crossroads in time that create openings. By tuning into this with your energy, your cells receive the frequencies that are coming through at that moment. This adds valuable information to your system, making you more complete. It's like a new piece of a larger puzzle for your true self to grow into. A physical life is a very stimulating choice for souls, with great potential for growth. You can see Portal Days as support from the universe. Let's prepare for the meditation. Find a comfortable position, sitting with your back straight and your feet on the floor. Make yourself comfortable. Turn off as much noise around you as possible and make sure you are warm and comfortable. Place your hands open with your palms facing up, on or beside your thighs. This allows energy to flow in and out through your hands. Now take a deeper breath in and out through your belly. A nice deep inhale and a slightly longer exhale. Do this three times for yourself. Then gently close your eyes and see if you can keep them closed throughout the entire meditation. This helps the energy to remain within your system. If you wish, place your hand on your heart to activate your heart consciousness. Simply by placing your hand there, your heart consciousness responds immediately. Breathe gently and calmly towards it. Now set the intention to receive from your open heart consciousness. Each of us will have our own experience of this journey. However it presents itself, whether large or very subtle, know that you are receiving exactly what you need for this moment. Trust that everything will help you for your highest good to grow and develop within. Now become aware of your entire body. Notice any muscle tensions or sensations. Breathe calmly so that your body can deeply relax and open and descend in surrender. As a foundation, we will now connect with Mother Earth. We will do this in a natural, feminine way. First, direct your attention to the center, the heart of the Earth, and make contact with her. Greet her from your heart consciousness. And on an inhale, invite her loving energy to rise up towards you. Through all the layers of the earth, underground water sources, crystals, metals, and minerals. And the foundation of your home or the ground where you are now. Open your soles and let this energy, this love, flow into your body. Fill yourself completely with this living energy. Open your crown and let all excess energy, along with any burdens that need to be purified, flow out from your crown like a fountain. Flowing around you, back into the earth. You are completely cleansed of all burdens from yourself and what you carry from others. You now set this on autopilot by speaking that heart out for yourself. By simply saying, 'I now set this on autopilot.' Thank the heart of Mother Earth by sending a light beam from your heart chakra downwards, sending your love to Mother Earth. Let your breathing come and go at your own pace through your nose and enjoy this moment of connection. Now we will move on to the next step. Protection is very important. Let a light sail rise up from the heart of the Earth, so large that if you spread your arms, you would touch the sides of this sail. This surrounds you completely like a circle and reaches far into the cosmic atmosphere above. Inhaling, you rise up with this sail, and exhaling, you go down to the heart of Mother Earth. Do this for yourself about ten times, so that this sail can become lighter and more powerful around you. This is how you connect with the Earth and the cosmic universal field. And you also set this on autopilot by saying out loud, 'I set this on autopilot,' and then it can just continue. Now direct a light beam from your heart chakra upwards, towards the central spiritual sun of our solar system. You send your love to this golden place. Breathe gently in and feel how your love rises up to the central spiritual sun. Breathe gently out downwards and feel how light is sent back to you. Multiply with the same ray from the central spiritual sun. Receive it in your heart chakra. And you also set this on autopilot by saying it out loud for yourself now. Now that we are beautifully connected and protected, we will move on to the next part. Now say your first and last name out loud. The place and country where you are currently located. And then say today's date. You may repeat the following after me. I invite my soul energy. My true higher Self and my I Am presence. That are connected to the original source of love and light. To make contact with me now. I invite true angels, earth angels, and ascended masters to be with me. I ask to be guided through this meditation for my best and highest good. I now set the intention to make the most of the open portal connection, of and state the date of the portal day here. Now I open myself to the energies of the portal and state the date of the portal here. Visualize, imagine, or see a light beam from your crown going to the portal in the universe. You may repeat the following after me again. I ask my true higher Self, my I Am presence, and my guides for help, to unlock the light codes, cellular memory, and dormant abilities in my DNA. I ask that my karma be cleared. May the energies of grace, love and light, that come from the portal activate the best in me, remove the weakest, and thereby stimulate the elevation of my own vibration. May these powerful energies completely cleanse me of all blockages and everything that is not love within me. And finally, repeat after me, 'I thank my guides and all spiritual beings of the higher spiritual dimensions who are now helping me to achieve my intentions.' Vandaag bij Puur op Gevoel een meditatie voor Portaaldagen. Portaaldagen zijn momenten waarop de energie uiterst bijzonder en zo hoog is dat de frequenties tussen de aardse 3D-dimensie en de andere dimensies meer afgestemd zijn op elkaar. Het zijn ware kruispunten in de tijd waardoor openingen ontstaan. Stem je daarop af met je energie, dan ontvangen je cellen de frequenties die op dat moment doorkomen. Daarmee voeg je waardevolle informatie toe aan je systeem wat jou compleeter maakt. Het is als een nieuw stukje van een grotere puzzel voor jouw ware zelf om aan te groeien. Een aardsleven is voor fysielen een heel stimulerend leven om te kiezen, met grote groeipotentie. Portaaldagen kan je zien als je ondersteuning vanuit het universum. Laten we ons klaarmaken voor de meditatie. Zoek een prettige positie, zittend met je rug recht en je voeten op de vloer. Maak het jezelf gemakkelijk. Zet alle ruis om je heen zoveel mogelijk af en zorg dat je warm en comfortabel bent. Leg je handen open met je handpalmen naar boven, op of naast je bovenbenen. Zodat er via je handen energie kan worden afgevoerd en opgenomen. Adem nu wat dieper in en uit in je buik. Een mooie diepe inademing en net iets langer uit. Doe dat drie keer voor jezelf. Sluit dan nu zachtjes je ogen en kijk of je ze gesloten kunt houden tijdens de gehele meditatie. Dat zorgt ervoor dat de energie ook in jouw systeem kan blijven. Als je wilt, leg dan je hand even op je hart, om je hartbewustzijn te activeren. Gewoon door je hand daar te leggen, reageert je hartbewustzijn direct. Adem er even zachtjes en rustig naartoe. Plaats nu voor jezelf de intentie om te ontvangen vanuit je geopende hartbewustzijn. Ieder van ons zal een eigen ervaring hebben van deze reis. Hoe het zich ook aandient, groot of heel subtiel, weet dat je precies ontvangt wat je nodig hebt voor dit moment. Vertrouw erop dat alles je verder zal helpen voor jouw hoogste goed om innerlijk te groeien en ontwikkelen. Word je nu gewaar van je gehele lichaam. Merk eventuele spieraanspanningen op of gevoelens. Adem rustig door, zodat je lichaam diep kan ontspannen en in overgave kan openen en dalen. Als basis starten we nu met het verbinden met moeder aarde. We doen dat op de natuurlijke, vrouwelijke manier. Ga eerst met je aandacht naar het centrum, het hart van de aarde en maak contact met haar. Groet haar vanuit je hartbewustzijn. En op een inademing nodig je haar liefdevolle energie uit omhoog, naar jou toe. Door alle aardlagen heen, ondergrondse waterbronnen, kristallen, metalen en grondstoffen. En de fundering van je huis of de grond van de plek waar jij nu bent. Open je voetzolen en laat deze energie, deze liefde je lichaam instromen. Vul je helemaal op met deze levende energie. Open je kruin en laat alle overtollige energie, met ballast die gezuiverd mag worden, vanuit je kruin als een fonteintje uit je stromen. Langs je heen, weer terug de aarde in. Je wordt helemaal schoongemaakt van alle ballast van jouzelf en dat wat je bij je draagt van anderen. Dit zet je nu op de automatische piloot, door dat hart op uit te spreken voor jezelf. Door simpel te zeggen, dit zet ik nu op de automatische piloot. Bedank het hart van moeder aarde, door een lichtstraal vanuit jouw hartchakra naar beneden te laten gaan, waarmee je jouw liefde naar moeder aarde stuurt. Laat je ademhaling op jouw tempo rustig komen en gaan via je neus en geniet even van dit moment van deze verbinding. Dan gaan we nu door naar de volgende stap. Bescherming is heel belangrijk. Laat vanuit het hart van de aarde een lichtzeil omhoog komen, die zo ruim is, dat als je je armen zou uitspreiden, je de zijkant zou raken deze zeil. Deze staat helemaal om je heen als een cirkel en rijkt ver tot in de kosmische sfeer omhoog en omhoog. Inademend ga je omhoog met deze zeil en uitademend naar beneden naar het hart van moeder aarde. Doe dit voor jezelf een keer of tien, zodat deze zeil steeds lichter en krachtiger kan worden om jou heen. Zo maak je de connectie met de aarde en het kosmische universele veld. En ook dit zet je op de automatische piloot door hardop te zeggen, dit zet ik op de automatische piloot en dan kan het gewoon doorgaan. Richt nu een lichtstraal vanuit je hartchakra naar boven, naar de centrale spirituele zon van ons zonnestelsel. Je stuurt je liefde naar deze gouden plek. Adem rustig in omhoog en voel hoe jouw liefde omhoog gaat naar de centrale spirituele zon. Adem rustig uit naar beneden en voel hoe licht naar je wordt teruggestuurd. Vermenig vuldig met dezelfde straal van de centrale spirituele zon. Ontvang het in je hartchakra. En ook dit zet je op de automatische piloot door dat nu hardop uit te spreken voor jezelf. Nu we mooi verbonden en beschermd zijn, gaan we door naar het volgende deel. Zeg nu hardop je geboortevoornaam en achternaam. De plaats en het land waar je je nu bevindt. En daarna zeg je de datum van vandaag. Het volgende mag je mij nazeggen. Ik nodig mijn zielsenergie uit. Mijn ware hoge Zelf en mijn I am aanwezigheid. Die verbonden zijn met de originele bron van liefde en licht. Om nu contact met mij te maken. Ik nodig ware engelen, aardsengelen en opgestegen meesters uit, om bij mij te zijn. Ik vraag om mij door deze meditatie heen te leiden, voor mijn beste en hoogste goed. Ik plaats nu de intentie om het meeste te halen uit de open portaalverbinding, van en noem hier de datum van de portaaldag. Nu open ik mezelf voor de energieën van het portaal en noem hier de datum van het portaal. Visualiseer, stel je voor of zie dat er een lichtstraal vanuit je kruin naar het portaal gaat in het universum. Het volgende mag je mij weer nazeggen. Ik vraag mijn ware hoge Zelf, mijn I am aanwezigheid en mijn gidsen om te helpen, de lichtcodes, het cellulaire geheugen en de sluimerende vermogens in mijn DNA te ontsluiten. Ik vraag dat mijn karma wordt opgeruimd. Mogen de energieën van genade, liefde en licht, die uit het portaal komen, het beste in mij activeren, het zwakste verwijderen en daardoor de verhoging van mijn eigen trilling stimuleren. Mogen deze krachtige energieën mij volledig reinigen van alle blokkades en alles wat geen liefde is in mij. En als laatste zeg mij na, ik dank mijn gidsen en alle spirituele wezens van de hogere spirituele dimensies die mij nu helpen om mijn intenties te bereiken. En zo is het, en zo is het, en zo is het. Dank je wel. Geniet van dit moment, van deze verbinding, zo lang als je wilt. Wanneer je klaar bent, grond jezelf dan opnieuw, bedank alle energieën en drink een goed glas water.
