Let's begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. Your body will cool in the next 15 to 20 minutes, so you may want to grab a blanket. You can choose to lay down or sit in a reclined, comfortable position. Now close your eyes and take a deep breath in. And exhale slowly. Now I will start by saying a phrase.
