Protect Yourself With Reiki

 Hello, I'm Ian Tucker. Welcome to this Reiki practice that will protect you from negative energy. With regular use of this practice, you will quickly experience the positive benefits of using Reiki to keep outside influence at bay. Let us begin. In preparation, whether you're lying down, seated or standing, I would ask you to relax and gently focus on your breathing. Close your eyes. I will now introduce a simple mantra that when repeated to yourself three times will immediately connect you to Reiki. Let me repeat it once or twice and then I will ask you to do the same. I am now connected to Reiki energy for my greatest and highest good. Again, I am now connected to Reiki energy for my greatest and highest good. Repeat that to yourself three times. You're now relaxed and connected to Reiki. I ask you to visualize through the top of your head or crown chakra that a gentle warm light begins to run down. It enters through the top of the head, down through the shoulders, the arms and the torso into your stomach, hips gently moving down your legs, past the knees and into your feet. And again, take your focus to the top of your head. This limitless, abundant flow of Reiki energy that you are now connected to and it continues to flow down through your head, the light through your shoulders and arms, torso, stomach, into your hips, legs and feet. You may see it as a light, maybe a liquid or a mist, maybe a warmth or a tingling feeling, but know that you are connected to Reiki. Sense now as your physical body gently fills with radiant, loving Reiki light. This limitless, abundant, free-flowing force for your greatest and highest good. And as the Reiki flows and fills your physical body, sense now that it gently moves outside of your physical form. Visualise how it gently moves out on all sides, in front, behind, to your left, to your right, even above and below. Sense now as you are totally surrounded by loving Reiki energy, totally protected from any negative energy, from an outside force. Take a moment to experience the connection and the protection around you. Be safe in the knowledge that you are now connected and protected with Reiki. And now a simple affirmation it confirms the protection. Let me repeat it a couple of times and then again I will ask you to say to yourself quietly three times. Reiki energy now protects me from negativity on all levels. Reiki energy now protects me from negativity on all levels. Repeat that to yourself three times. And it is done. All is well. As you step out, know that Reiki will continue to protect you until no longer required.
