Quantum Abundance Activation

Welcome, my name is Kinga. I created this meditation to guide you in creating abundance within your energy field and allowing it to flow to your physical experience. Find a comfortable seated position. Elongate your spine, relax your shoulders and gently close your eyes. Let your posture represent a successful and confident creator. Now ground your attention into the surface beneath you. May that be the chair, the couch, the floor or something else. And notice that you are held and supported. Sense the energy of the space around you, surrounding you, embracing you. Remember, you are already an abundant person, a powerful creator. We only going to fine-tune your vibration for abundance to find you in your physical reality as well. Right here, right now. Bring your attention to your breath. Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth, releasing any tension and stress, allowing yourself to relax deeper and deeper. Inhale a soft, loving energy and exhale all your frustration. Continue breathing deeply and rhythmically, following the natural flow of your breath. With each inhale, imagine that you are drawing in pure, loving energy from the space around you. Feel this energy in and around you, as a gentle, comforting presence surrounding and supporting you. As you exhale, let go of any thoughts, worries or attachments to the physical world. Allow yourself to detach from your immediate surroundings, disconnect from your physical environment, shifting your focus to the expansive energy field that surrounds you. Sense this infinite space, this emptiness around you. And remember that you are not in your body. Your body is in you. Your presence transcends your physical limitations. You are energy, just like the space around you. Breathe in this energy and with each exhale feel that your presence is expanding. Breathe in and breathe out, growing your energy until you become one with the infinite space that surrounds you. This space holds infinite possibilities, unlimited outcomes and every potential desire. Everything exists here. Imagine it like a library of every story ever written in the past, present and future. Find a book that was written about your abundant future. Search for a beautiful, golden bound book that has you on the cover. Once you find it, take it down and dust it off. And notice yourself on the cover, looking happy, healthy and satisfied with your living conditions. Take this book and hold it close to your heart. Feel the interconnectedness between your heart chakra, your creative centre and the book. Feel this energetic bond forming between you and the story of your abundant life. You don't have to read the book to know what is written there. Allow the energy of the book to create an inner movie in your mind and evoke subtle sensations in your body. What do you want this movie of your abundant life to look like? Allow the energy of your story to bring up sensations in your body, filling your heart chakra with gratitude, appreciation, love and bliss. Expand your awareness to the infinite energy field surrounding you. The space where abundance and money effortlessly flow. This is where all creations happen. Notice your blockages, limiting beliefs, judgements, fears and resistance manifesting as protective walls around you within this energetic space. Obstructing the natural flow of abundance. Now it's time to let your walls crumble. Visualise them descending, gradually lowering until they vanish completely. Let your walls down. Dismantle them and surrender to the unrestricted flow of universal energy. The infinite possibilities. Be open for more. Be open to receiving from anyone, from anywhere. From everyone and from everywhere. Open yourself to receiving the abundance, joy and wellbeing that is already available to you. Expand your awareness and tap into unlimited possibilities. What does your life look like without resistance? What does it feel like living in unlimited abundance? Can you surrender to the potential you truly are? Can you allow abundance to flow to you effortlessly, from everywhere? Can you choose a life full of possibilities? What does it feel like having more than what you need? What does it feel like sharing your abundance with others? Visualise yourself engaging in work that brings you joy. Feel the appreciation and generous compensation for your knowledge and contributions. What else is possible that you couldn't have imagined before? Feel the safety and financial security. What does it look and feel like to attract infinite abundance? What does it feel like to be so blessed, loved and supported? What does it feel like knowing that you are worthy of receiving whatever you desire? Now focus on your heart area and all the sensations currently present in there. Gratitude, love, appreciation, contentment, confidence, trust. Feel your heart overflowing with these emotions. Feel that you are now truly open to abundance, to flow to you. For it to be present in your life and to radiate blessings to others through your being. Now slowly bring your awareness back to your physical body, your environment and the present moment. When you feel ready, open your eyes. Your surroundings may look the same, but your energy has changed. You vibrate at a higher frequency. Welcome to your new reality. Place your hand on your heart area and reconnect with the sensations of abundance, freedom and gratitude that you experienced during the meditation. Remain connected to these emotions. Feel them in your heart. Express gratitude for the awareness that you hold the power to manifest your deepest desires. Carry this uplifting energy with you throughout the day and whenever you need a reminder, touch your heart area and recall these elevated emotions. The more you remind yourself of this high vibrational state, the more you draw abundance to you. Now go and expect the unexpected.
