Clear absorbed energies, regulate your nervous system, and reclaim your personal power through distance Reiki and deep, releasing breaths.

English

If you feel like you've been holding energy that isn’t yours, this is your space to let it go. In this short meditation, I’ll guide you through a cleansing of your aura and a gentle release of any toxic anger, shame, or fear you may have picked up.
Using distance Reiki, breath, and vocal toning, we'll move stuck energy out and reconnect to your personal power and inner peace.

Reiki For Empaths: Quick Reset

Welcome, friends. For those who have felt hypersensitive lately or maybe your whole entire life, this guided session is curated just for you to help regulate your nervous system, bring back your personal power, your peace, your autonomy over your energy, and we'll use some distance Reiki to help clear and release anything that is attached to you, anything that was projected, anything that doesn't belong to you. So we'll start by taking some deep breaths in through the nose, slightly restricting the back of the throat to make an ocean sound on the exhale through the nose. This is going to slow the exhale so the body knows you're safe. Sometimes when we take on other people's stuff, we have thoughts that aren't our own, we have spiraling going on. So just arriving here fully in your body, maybe making yourself a little more comfortable. Keep that breathing going. I'm going to light some Palo Santo. I have a matchbox here. We'll use the element of fire to burn away, the smoke to clear away. Any and all energies, entities, patterns, beliefs, thoughts that are ready to be released now. I have a Palo Santo stick that's wrapped in herbs, so it smells really fragrant and floral. Just imagine that beautiful smoke on your left side, your right side, over your head. If you give permission to receive distance Reiki healing, simply nod your head yes. Dropping into your body, noticing where there's a tension, a lingering. I often do this practice when I'm in traffic. I live in South Florida, so people on the roads send you lots of projections. And so with eyes closed or gaze down, just simply stating either aloud or in your head, I reject and release any and all energy that does not belong to me. I reject and release any and all projected energy. You can change this statement so that it fits and resonates for you. Any density, any depression, any fear or anxiety that we have allowed to stay in our field, that we have taken on, I clear it out of your vessel, out of your space. Keep saying this statement, I reject and release what does not serve me. Keep doing it, keep doing it until your thoughts start to slow down, and until your body starts to soften. So good. And the beautiful thing about being attuned to your body, to the energies, the emotions around you, is that when you are in your peace and your power, you have the ability to utilize that life force for whatever that you need it for. For vitality, for healing, for financial abundance, for kindness. And so maybe going forward, instead of closing off around others that make us feel uncomfortable, we breathe even deeper for the energy and the emotion that's already come into our space. By closing off, we only lock it in. Widen your heart, my love. Accept and receive life force, knowing that you are safe to let it move through you.
