Reiki Nature Meditation For Inner Peace & Healing

Please find a comfortable space, either sitting up or lying down, whichever is available to you in this moment. Once you have found your comfortable seat, softly close your eyes, take a deep breath, feeling your belly rise, and notice the fall on your exhale. Take another deep breath in, release at your own pace, sinking deeper into relaxation. Gently bring your awareness to the top of your head, allow relaxation to gently stream down over the top of your head. Your forehead relaxes, your jaw is unclenched and relaxed, this wave of relaxation continues to flow down your neck, your shoulders, your upper back, mid-back, your arms, perhaps feeling a tingling sensation in your fingers, flows down your chest and abdomen, feeling relaxation in your hips, pelvis, low back, flowing into your thighs and knees, calves, shins and ankles. Your feet are relaxed, your toes are relaxed. Bring your awareness to your whole body. Your whole body is now relaxed. Now imagine a beam of brilliant white light entering through the top of your head, flowing down to your heart. Allow this light to radiate throughout your entire being, cleansing and purifying any blockages or stagnant energy. Visualize a beautiful forest, verdant and lush, with towering trees reaching up to the sky. As you walk along the soft mossy path, surrounded by vibrant flora and fauna, you begin to feel the Reiki energy, which naturally pervades all things, filling the air with a sense of tranquility and harmony. Open yourself to the healing energy of Reiki. If you are attuned, you may call in the sacred symbols now. Otherwise, I will do that for you. All you must do is open yourself to the healing energy of Reiki. Now, allow yourself to be filled with the healing energy of Reiki. Now as you continue your journey on the path, perhaps you notice a gentle breeze rustling through the leaves, carrying with it the whispers of ancient wisdom. The sunlight filters through the canopy, dappling the forest floor with specks of golden light. You are fully present in this moment, connected to the healing vibrations of both universal energies from above and Earth energies from below. In this serene forest, you may even encounter an animal spirit guide. It could be a wise owl perched on a branch, observing with its keen eyes, or perhaps a playful fox, guiding you with its cleverness and adaptability. The presence of these spirit guides offers guidance and support, serving as a reminder of the interconnectedness of all living things. Rest here for a moment, noticing any spirit guides or any other guidance you may receive as Reiki healing energy continues to permeate your sacred vessel. Now gently take a deep breath and absorb the serenity of this magical forest. Feel the gentle energy of Reiki revitalizing your spirit, calming your mind, and nourishing your soul. Embrace the beauty and healing power that nature graciously provides. You are in harmony with the universe, and the possibilities for growth and transformation are endless. Gently bring your awareness back to your breath. You may begin to deepen your breath and bring small movements to your fingers and toes, sensing the subtle energy stirring there.
