This meditation is intended to offer heart healing. This is ideal when disconnection is challenging or when toxic bonds have been created between you and another and the chords of connection need to either be purified or cut. 

Releasing Toxic Bonds - Heart Healing Meditation

 Welcome to the Cosmic Moments Cord Cleansing and Cord Cutting Meditation. The intention of this meditation is to clear all toxic bonds and to remove all unhealthy attachments to cleanse the cords of connection so that what remains are only connections that serve you and your higher self. When we cleanse connections we are divinely supported, divinely guided and we do it from a place of love, compassion and trust. Trust that by clearing these cords we are supporting the happiness and freedom of ourselves and others. Coming to a comfortable seat, taking a deep breath in and out. You are safe and love is guiding you through this healing process. Breathing down the eyes and relaxing the shoulders, breathing into the belly. Deep, long breaths as you let go of fear, you let go of anticipation, you let go of everything outside of this moment. Making the choice now to remove all toxic attachments, all connections that do not serve this path and your purpose. Relaxing the hips, relaxing the legs, relaxing the arms and visualise the spine elongating as you come to this moment completely eyes closed and looking up at the third eye point. You are choosing to remove energetic cords of varying strengths that are connected between you and another. Taking a deep breath in and letting go of fear. Saying out loud, I am safe, I am supported, I choose to create space for healthy connections, I choose to forgive myself, I choose to forgive others. Connecting with your higher self, trusting that you are ready to clear toxic bonds from your existence. By clearing the cord you are allowing unhealthy connections to organically and naturally disappear. You are choosing to make all cords of connections healthy. You are choosing to be led by your spirit and your deeper knowing. Free yourself of heavy, stale, unserving attachments now. Taking a deep breath into the belly, into the heart and exhale the cleansing light into all energetic connections, cleansing all the cords of connection. Visualising now one person that you would like to clear cords between, see them standing in front of you. And notice where this energetic cord is extending or expanding from your body and into this person. Take a deep breath in, exhale as you give this cord a colour and release fear, release any fear of disconnection. Inhale trust, trust that you are aligning with the highest good for your personal journey. You are setting yourself and others free. Everything is unfolding in your favour. You are safe, saying out loud, I am safe, I am supported in this process. Cosmic intelligence is supporting me in this moment. Life is happening for me. See any dark colours in this cord and see it radiating and pulsating. And now see these cords coming from your energetic centres, starting at the base of your spine, projecting out the hips into the person. The belly, the heart, the throat, the third eye, the top of the head. Scanning through the body, notice where this cord is the strongest and place your hand at this point. Breathe into it. Exhale. Take this cord at the strongest point and begin to pull it back with both hands, pulling your personal power. Feel strong in love, compassion, forgiveness as you pull back your personal power. Watch this cord disintegrate in weak spaces. Feel the cord clearing. See unhealthy connections disappearing. See these cords disintegrating, dissolving and feel this release as the body becomes lighter, stronger. Pull in the energy of your highest self, the gifts of motivation, of personal power, determination, resilience. Now bringing this cord to the centre of the belly, notice any dark colours in this cord and saying out loud, I choose to disconnect and clear toxic bonds. I take my power back, I create space for love, compassion and wholesome connections. Breathing fully into the belly, exhale. And now we move into a breath of fire as we ignite the energetic fire within that brings this determination and willful power to clear away that which does not serve us. Breathing and holding at the top followed by five sharp exhales. Inhaling now, hold, exhale, exhale, exhale, exhale, exhale. Visualise this fire that you've ignited in the belly expanding into this cord. Allow for this cord to ignite, burning away all toxic and stagnant vibrations and energies. Sending passion, gratitude and love through this fire, gratitude for the lessons learned through this journey. Any remaining cords that are connecting you and this other person that does not serve you, make the choice now to simply cut away this weak remnants of this burnt, dark cord. And saying out loud, I choose to clear all unserving connections from my life. I forgive myself, I forgive you. I am grateful for the lessons. I am ready to rise up from the ashes of this burnt connection, to learn the lessons, trusting and understanding all the lessons. Moving into my sovereign power, I choose to heal. I choose to share my light. I choose to take responsibility for my emotions. I choose to be happy. I am free. You are free. We are arising to the best versions of ourselves. I have everything I need. I am supported. I am grounded. Everything is unfolding in my favor. I am worthy of love. I am worthy of trust. I am worthy of receiving. I am worthy of having my heart held safely. I am worthy and I learn from all the lessons that are gifts. Taking a deep breath in and feeling the lightness of the body now. The whole body light. The whole mind relaxed. Step into your power and move forward. For best results I recommend doing this meditation daily so that the repetitive thought cycles may be cleared and new neuro pathways of worthiness and compassion to self can be created. You are worthy. There is no space for toxic bonds in this human experience. You have learnt the lessons. Move forward. Shine your light and create space for new energies and vibrations to surround and support you. You are safe. There is only space for healthy connections.
