Rewriting Your Unhealthy Attachment Blueprint

Hi, welcome. You are so welcome here in this session. This is a recording after the live session we did together. Because I'd love to share this information, this experience with you as well, even if you were not able to be there live. And it doesn't matter, whether you were there at the live session, or whether you were listening to this for the first time, I'm so happy you're here. My name is Eve, Evelien in Dutch. If you feel resonance, you're so very welcome to follow me. I share meditations, courses, and live sessions focused on remembering your true divine essence and reconnecting to your Source, to your Divine Parent. And everything that flows through me is about one shift, moving from a purely human perspective into a divine perspective, and allowing those two to come into alignment. Because when we remember who we really are, and bring that divine frequency into our human experience, something changes profoundly. It is not just in how we think, but it is in how we feel, how we perceive our life, how we live our life. I experience myself again and again and again, how my connection to Source changes everything about how my life is unfolding. I truly believe that this is our birthright, to expand our awareness, to grow, to become one with who we really are. And yes, being human comes with contrast, comes with contraction, comes with pain, comes with challenges, I know. But I also feel that our potential is unlocking massively, and that we are learning to create and experience life from a completely new level of awareness, from a completely new frequency. And that's why I love exploring new perspectives and realities so much, first within myself, and then sharing them with you. There's nothing that I love more than that. I don't know when you are listening to this, but at the moment as I'm speaking, it's a new year. And although every day, every moment is a new beginning, this moment carries something special. So from me to you, in this point of time or whatever point of time, I wish you a year of opening, clarity and deep remembrance. A year in which what comes into the light can begin to move and flow, so your divine potential can express itself more and more through your human life. Welcome again. This is a gentle space to explore, to feel, and to let go of that what no longer serves us. As always in every session, we begin with a grounding practice, a connection to Source to become fully present here in our bodies and in this shared field. And from there, I'll speak briefly about today's theme, followed by an experiential meditation. In this meditation, we shift our energy, we raise our vibration, and we reconnect with the guidance of our higher consciousness. Today is all about changing the inner place from which you relate to yourself, to others, to everything in your life. Today is about attachment, and more specifically, unhealthy attachment. Because unhealthy attachment never originates in the present moment. It always points you to something from the past, a younger part of you, that once learned that safety, love or connection had to come from outside of yourself. Let's explore that together. But first, let us ground, connect to Source and set our intention for this session. Please join me. Thank you again for being here. We are really doing this together. Let's dive into this. But first, let us do together a connection to Source and set our intent for this session as well. If you are able to, please close your eyes. And then take a deep breath in. Deep, deep breath. Into your nose. And exhale through your mouth. And just relax. Ask to let go of your anxiety, of your worries, your concerns. Just relax. Enjoy, have fun. Be open and allowing. And again, take a deep breath in. Deep, deep breath. Into your nose. And as you exhale, quiet your mind, quiet your thoughts. Ask to be alert and focused, yet very relaxed. And again, take a deep breath in. Deep, deep breath. Into your nose. And exhale through your mouth. Let go of the tension in your neck, your shoulders, your arms, your hands. And relax some more. And one more time, take a deep breath in. And as you exhale, focus on your heart center. And say from there, I ask and intend to create a sacred space. I ask and intend to keep away distracting thoughts, distracting mind chatter, distracting energies. And I ask and intend that our spirit family from Source, please be present with us now. And help us create and maintain this sacred space. Our intent is to raise our vibration and align our energy with the energy of Source, our Divine Creator and bring this energy through our entire physical being. Our intent is also to deepen our understanding of unhealthy attachment. And we ask and intend to let go of the energies that keep us stuck in a place of need and replace them with the energy of our true Divine Essence. The energy of unconditional love and freedom. So we can start to relate to people, things and situations from love instead of fear. And so it is. Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale, visualize above you a ball of light. It is purple and silver. And it contains the frequency of Source. Source, the Divine Creator of this universe. The central hub, so to speak, from which all of creation in this universe came forth. You don't have to know how or where. It is simply through your intent that you bring this energy in. Purple and silver light, right above your head. Now slowly bring this light down from the ceiling, through the top of your head. Silver and purple light. Going in through your skull, your brain. Filling slowly, slowly every cell in your brain, in your skull, in your face. This light is slowly opening the pathways. Clearing the nervousness, clearing the expectations. Clearing the fear. Just let it go. And imagine silver and purple light filling your jaw, your throat, your neck. Filling your shoulders, your arms, your hands. This light is filling every cell in your upper back, your chest and heart center. This light is filling every cell in your lower back, your stomach and your belly. It is filling your hips, your thighs, your knees. It is filling your entire legs, all the way to your ankles and your feet. And let it come out through the bottom of your feet, anchoring you down all the way into the core of the earth. And we ask in intent that this energy keeps flowing. Clearing and cleansing every cell of our being. Raising our vibration. Effortlessly. And so it is. Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale, you can slowly open your eyes. Or keep them closed if that's possible. Anyway, stay in the energy and allow the words to wash over you. Because let me begin with the truth. There are infinite timelines and realities available to you, in every moment. Endless possibilities. Infinite possibilities. But what do we actually perceive? What is our reality? Hmm, what we already know. What our nervous system recognizes as familiar. Because our survival brain doesn't really care about the truth. Doesn't really care about joy, love, flow, fun. The only thing it cares about is safety. And safety for our survival brain equals familiarity. Hmm, yeah. So, we repeat. We choose the same loops over and over and over again. Because they are known and thus safe. These loops are not really conscious choices, although we mostly think they are. They are not. They are unconscious programs, ancestral patterns, collective trauma and most of all childhood belief systems. That is simply how it works until you start to see through it. And that's why we are here together today. To open up to this and to shift. So you can start to make more conscious choices from love. Instead of the unconscious decisions from a place of fear. Maybe you are at a crossroads right now. Or maybe you've been there. Or maybe it's coming. Those moments when life shakes you. When expectations crumble, when relationships change or end. Yeah, when plans dissolve in a way. Everything our human mind had figured out turns out to be different. And that might hurt big time. Instinctively, we try to hold on. We try to rescue, to grab, to fix the control. We cling because something inside is so afraid for this change. But what if? What if the uncomfortable feeling is really the invitation of your own higher consciousness? Bringing you to a new level of awareness. What if? What if life, orchestrated by your own higher consciousness, by you, is actually trying to set you free? When we hold on to the fear, we aren't really trusting ourselves, right? Not our human selves, our higher consciousness selves. A few years ago, I was at that point. A relationship of almost 30 years. Four children. And the boats had drifted too far apart. Yet, I was terrified. Not only of the breakup, but of everything around it. The judgment, the family, the community, the church, the unknown. The fear kicked in big time. And then, I received a kind of a vision. Two spheres of light, which represent to me two timelines. One was the timeline of staying from fear. The other was the timeline of letting go. The unknown. The unknown definitely, yet, alive, expansive, joyful. I did an exercise, and I just stepped into those two spheres. First in the left one, and then in the right one. And when I stepped into it, energetically, I knew. Not with my mind, with my body. Because those spheres were consciousness fields. Fields of information. In this way, I could already feel what was the potential. What was the potential outcome from both directions I could choose. And because I felt it, I knew it. This felt sense pulled me through the entire process that followed. Today, I'd like to give you some access to your own inner knowing like that. Because here is something important. The fear you feel is not coming from the adult you. It's always coming from a younger part of you that once learned it had to hold on to everything around it in order to feel safe. Fear is a signal that something wants to be seen and heard. It is cold. It is a gift, a present, because fear always points to something that wants to be unlocked and brought back into safety. And from here, the moment you start to look at it, the energy already changes. And in this new energy, you can stand in your own power, in your own alignment. Not needing anything outside of you. Not needing to be attached in an unhealthy way out of fear. But you can be connected through love. And that is a whole different kind of cookie. It's a whole different frequency. So, let's have a look. See what wants to be seen and heard. And shift the energy. Let's dive into the meditation. So from this point, let's connect the source one more time. Take a deep breath in. Deep, deep breath. Into your nose. And exhale through your mouth. And again, just relax. Quiet your thoughts. Quiet your mind. Let go of all the tension in your body. In your neck, in your shoulders, your arms and your hands. This time is for you. So just quiet down. Just relax. And again, take a deep breath in. Deep, deep breath. Into your nose. And exhale through your mouth. And relax some more. Quiet your thoughts. Quiet your mind. Then go to your heart center. And say from there. I ask and intend to create a sacred space. And keep away all distracting thoughts, energies and information. I ask to raise my vibration. And to align my energy with my own higher consciousness. And the energy of source. The energy of my divine creator. And I now ask and intend to let go of my programming that keeps me needy and attached to things and people in a misaligned way. I am now asking to let go of this programming and replace it with a new programming that allows me to be free. That allows me to stand in my own true power. In full alignment with my divine self. And so it is. Take a deep breath in. And exhale. And now imagine that you are standing in a sphere of light. This sphere of light is about 12 feet in diameter. And this light is green and gold. It is a frequency. So just imagine, just intend it to be. Green and gold light all around you. This is your own sacred space. You are in this sphere. And at the edge of this sphere, just outside your sphere, there is another version of you. Just imagine. This version of you is about 6 or 7 years old. And this younger you is also contained in its own sphere. Just have a look at that child. That child at the age where most of the conditioning occurred. That is still operating in your adult life. Take a deep breath in. And exhale. All the fears you experience. All the holding on. All the attachments. It is not coming from the adult you. It is always coming from this part. And it simply wants to be seen and heard. And it's a child, it's your younger version. But it's also a consciousness. A field of information. Everything is information. And it simply wants to be seen and heard. Take a deep breath in. And exhale. And now just imagine that you create an energetic bridge. Like a tube of light. From the edge of your adult sphere to the edge of the child's sphere. It's like a communication bridge. You stay here in your own bubble. The child stays there in its own bubble. And you make a connection energetically. And now ask and intend to receive the information that you are allowed to receive right now. And then say from your heart to that younger version of you. I see you. I really, really see you. And everything you feel. Everything you want to share. Is welcome. I am here. I am listening. Take your time. Feel, see, sense, hear. Whatever information comes to you. Could be in the form of a word, a feeling, an emotion. Could be a thought. Could be a felt sense. All is well. And even if you don't feel anything or don't hear anything. Just imagine. How this child is sending you a ball of light. Through that energetic bridge. With its information. And you integrate it in your own bubble. In your own subconscious. And it will bubble up to your conscious mind when the time is right. Just trust the process. What does he or she want you to know right now? Then take a deep breath in. And as you exhale. Go to your heart center. And from your heart. Send love. Imagine that your heart center is filling up. Completely. With pure source energy. Pure source light. With the frequency of unconditional love. Unconditional love. For every version of you. Unconditional love. For the adult you. For the child you. For every version. And for your entire human experience. Unconditional love. For every version you've ever been. Including this child. So just imagine that you send out now. Through this energetic bridge. This beam of light. Unconditional love. From your heart. To that child. And just wrap this child. In it. It is okay. It is okay. Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale. Now visualize. That all the fears. That keep you attached. To people. To outcomes. To situations. To identities. All the fears that keep you needy. And attached. Come up. Just let it come up. From your body. From your energy field. Everything where you hold on. Because letting go. Feels unsafe. All the charge. All the urgency. All the clinging on. Grabbing. Holding on. Wanting. Needing. Bring it just up. All the situations. All the people. That you need to hold on to. And bring up all the fear beneath it. The fear of not being enough. Not having enough. The fear of being left alone. It is all information. Just visualize. Tiny dots of energy. Dark dots coming up. From your cells. And forming a ball of dark energy in your stomach. Bring it up. It is there anyway. It's time to let go. So as you form this ball of dark energy in your stomach. It is time to now return it. To return all of this information. These energies. These frequencies. That still operate in your adult self. To its place of origin. To the 6 or 7 year old bubble. And now just imagine. How this cluster of energy. Is leaving your physical body. Is leaving your energy field. And is traveling. Through this energetic bridge. Towards the child's bubble. Free your adult self. From the belief systems. That no longer belong here. You are returning these energies to their place of origin. Feel the relief. Mind you. It is not that you are now burdening that child. All of these energies and frequencies are already there anyway. You are now simply bringing them together. Discerning them from your current energy field. And bringing them back. To their place of origin. Just watch. How this child's bubble is filling up. And feel your own bubble. Becoming emptier. And lighter. Feel the relief. Feel. How you feel right now. Go to your heart and say. I am simply returning these energies to its source. Where they were first created. At the age of six or seven. I now acknowledge. That I was ingrained. With a belief system that unless I was attached to things. Or I remained attached to people and objects. Then I was not a human. And as I focus on this main belief system. I now allow my adult self. To free itself. From all of these belief systems. And I put them back. At the place of origin. So I imagine one more time. Tiny dots. Clouds of energy. Containing all of this information. These frequencies. Leaving my body. My energy field. Leaving me. Moving towards the bubble in front of me. Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale. Say again from your heart. I am now choosing to let go. Once and for all. Of these aspects of my being. That need attachment. To feel safe. I now choose to erase this old pattern. And replace it with a new, clean, clear aspect of me. That stands. Sovereign and whole. Connected. Fully connected. To its original. True divine essence. And source. And so I say. I am now choosing to let go. Once and for all. Of these aspects of my being. That need attachment. To things and people. All the time. I now choose to erase. This aspect of my consciousness. And replace it with a new aspect. That is also me. And that is pure and clean. And clear. Of others' expectations. I am now completely free. And I forgive myself now. For allowing this misaligned conditioning to occur. I didn't know. And nothing is wrong. It was simply a human experience. But I choose it no more. As of now. Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale. Visualize. Source energy. All around you. Green and gold light. As a blanket of love. See it around you. Around yourself. See it around this child. There is only love. There is only experiences. There is only consciousness growth. There is only love. It's time to say goodbye. Thank you. I love you. And while you feel the love all around you. Watch this child's bubble dissolve. Disintegrating. Slowly. Disappearing. Into thin air. Gently. Naturally. Nothing is lost. Everything is integrated. Then go to your heart. And say. I am now moving forward. In a completely new energy. I am free. I am a divine being in human form. And I am so deeply loved. And as of now. I connect from love. Through love. For love. And nothing else than that. This is my new reality. As of today. As of now. And so it is. Take a deep breath in. And exhale. Stay here in this energy. For a little while longer. For as long as you can. Notice your body. Notice how you feel. Healthy detachment. Is not about disconnecting. It is about being so deeply connected to yourself. That you no longer need to hold on. To things outside of yourself. And from this place. Connection. Becomes real. Real love. And remember. If fear comes up. It's not your enemy. It's an invitation.
