Root Chakra Radiance Meditation

 Welcome to the root chakra radiance meditation. Lie down, sit down, find a comfortable position. Close your eyes. And we will begin by taking a few deep cleansing and calming breaths. Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. And one more. Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. I want you to imagine yourself somewhere in the wild, sitting on some red rocks that have been warmed by the sun all day. The sun is now setting slowly but still glowing and it seems more red and orange than usual. Beautiful red rays reflecting back on the red rocks. You feel safe. You feel warmed. And protected. Just breathe here. This place feels magical. It's almost as though the ground is vibrating with energy. Just as though it is humming and buzzing with energy. I want you to imagine your energetic roots going down from your root chakra into the earth. They can be spiraling or flowing straight down. They can be any color. Red, golden, white or even multicolored like a rainbow energy. Feel them flowing down into the earth. Send your energetic roots down. Feel them flowing down into the earth. You feel as they reach a center point of the earth. The purest vibrational point. Connecting your root chakra with the root chakra of the earth. Keep flowing. You now begin to feel the energy from the earth flowing back to you. Creating a two-way energetic flow back and forth. Feel the magic of the earth, the power, the security, the love, the stability, the radiance. You feel energy flowing up from the earth to you. And then you flow your energy back down. Creating a channel. Creating a communication with the earth. You feel gratitude for being here. On this planet. And you feel how grateful the earth is to have you here. You are wanted and you are safe. You now flow down some energy that the earth needs right now from you. Giving freely. And in return, the earth flows energy up to you that you need right now.
