Sacred Womb Temple Meditation

Welcome in, beautiful soul. You are being guided into a sacred inner landscape, a tender sanctuary within your womb space where your body remembers wholeness, wisdom, and divine care. Here, we do not force or search. We simply arrive, allowing the space to reveal itself to you in softness, in warmth, and in light. In this gentle meeting, there may be healing, a loosening of what has been held too long, and a quiet restoration of your natural rhythm. Trust that your body knows how to receive only what is safe and only what is ready. As you are lovingly returned to the truth that this space has always been a place of creation. With compassion for yourself and reverence for this moment, let us begin. I invite you to find your comfortable meditative space. Whether it be seated, lying down, or in gentle movement, claiming this sacred space and time as yours. I invite you to ground into your body, noticing your breath, inhaling and exhaling with your natural rhythm. Honoring your breath as it is, noticing its pace, its temperature. Honoring the gift of life force energy that breathes through you, as you prepare to enter into your sacred womb temple. I now invite you to notice the weight of your body. Feel the soft meeting place where your body is being held and supported. Notice the firmness or softness of the surface upon which you rest. I invite you to notice the weight of your hips, the cradle of your womb space. As you breathe, feel your creative womb energy stirring within you. Feel into your connection to this power source, this expression of source. You are safe here. And you are ready to cross the threshold. With each breath, you are brought closer and closer to your sacred womb temple. You feel its warmth. You're comforted by the stillness. You are anchored by its protection. Notice the light that radiates from here. Notice its color, its brightness. Surrender to the magnetic pull drawing you in closer and closer. Only as much as feels comfortable. Only as far as you are consenting. I now invite you to explore the innermost depths of your sacred womb temple. This sacred space asks nothing of you. It simply holds you. Your temple may manifest as rest in a decadent, warm bath. It may manifest as the sensation of a steady heartbeat. Perhaps it manifests as a shower of light that surrounds you and washes over you as much as you allow. However it manifests for you, notice how it feels to pause here. Notice how it feels to exist here. Notice how it feels to feel God's presence in you, as you, through you. As you familiarize yourself with your sacred womb temple, you begin to become aware of the presence of your ancestors. The angels of your lineage radiating love and joy towards you. They are each represented by a golden thread of energy. Woven together into the unique tapestry that is you. With a direct connection to the original womb. The original source. Uplifted by the joy of your ancestors and the safety of your sacred womb temple. You lovingly examine these golden threads and you are reminded that you do not need to carry what was never assigned to your soul. Though they may mean well, lovingly notice any threads that represent inherited fear. That represent inherited expectation. That represent inherited limitation. That represent inherited lack. That represent inherited struggle. Noticing without judgment. As you focus your loving attention on them one by one. You watch them soften, dissolve, and return to the nothingness from whence they came. This is your sacred womb temple keeping only what uplifts, nourishes, and expands you. With the space now cleared, you are able to transition from release to restoration. The power emanating from your sacred womb temple is sweetly intensifying. The warmth from your lower abdomen continues to stir, being felt from the inside out. You notice a lightness in your breath as it continues to flow freely. You dance with the glimmers of confidence, belonging, joy, and pleasure. You've reactivated the permission to live differently than previous generations. Your sacred womb temple was never a storage place for history. It was always and will forever be a place of creation. When you are ready, I invite you to soften as you integrate with your present self. Gently returning to your body. Feeling the lengthening of your spine. Sensing the slow stir of your fingers, of your toes. Gently reconnecting with the soft container that held you throughout this meditation. Your consciousness returning to the room or the space that surrounds you. And as you open your eyes, remember that you remain connected to those who came before you while standing fully in your own power. Feel free to audibly exhale with a smile. My name is Casey Olivia Kwanza. And I thank you for your trust as we flowed through this guided meditation together. Never forget that you are the beautiful, sacred soil upon which the new world is being built. I am sending so much love to you and to yours.
