The sacral chakra is associated with creativity, emotions, sexuality, and pleasure, and it influences our ability to let go, adapt to change, and express ourselves. In this deep meditation, we become present. We slow down to a gentle whisper and find our imagination. We use affirmations to remind ourselves of the infinite space within. This space holds the key to our creative and sexual power which we learn to harness safely. We leave this session not only feeling inspired to create, but in-tune with the repressed urges that lie within us all.

Safely Uncover Creativity & Sexual Desire

Your creative energy is asking to flow freely, without force, from a place of trust, joy, and inner safety. Let's begin by breathing into the nose, sensing the cool breath float through the nostrils, and breathing out the nose warmth of the exhale. Breathing in, sensing the chill of a lover's touch on a cool day. Breathing out, imagining a warm embrace. Continue breathing as you listen to my words. Become fully aware of the present moment, using the senses. Delve safely into the infinite spaces of the imagination, and creativity will run wild. This is the path to deeper pleasure. Our goal today is to center ourselves, since neither creative power nor sexual desire can thrive in a state of anxiety or chaos. Say to yourself, it is safe to feel pleasure. I hold infinite space inside of me. I am my own source of creativity. I create intimacy with myself first. Become fully aware of the space you are in. Feel the texture under your toes. Smell the scent of the air. Listen to the gentle music. Feel movement of the inner organs of the body. Sense the weight of the energy in the room. Perhaps it's light and airy, or maybe it feels dense. Simply recognize it. Now take a moment to ask yourself, what excites me? What brings a warming sensation into the body? An immense amount of expansion and love. Are there any desires that are hiding beneath the surface, waiting to be released? Use this space to clear the veil between you and your heart center. Feel connected to your heart again. Ask yourself now, what brings me pleasure? What makes me feel my most passionate self? Continue using the imagination to bring this realization into the spaces of your mind. As you flood your body with loving-kindness, no matter how long it's been since you last felt the depths of your heart, this sensation can always be revived. It's always there, waiting to be felt. Feel the strength of this loving connection. Remind yourself, this openness isn't weakness, it's bravery. Clear any clogged energy as you continue beaming out an immense amount of abundance. Tell yourself that it's good to feel passion and yearning. What we ache for provides a clear direction for focus and discovery. It tells the story we beg to know. Feel into the sharpness of your sensitivity. Give thanks for having this sensory attunement. Acknowledge the power of connecting to your pleasure center. Feel the beauty of your inner world now. For the rest of the day, try to replicate the beauty you hold on the inside, and let it translate to the outside. Spend a few moments writing any creative ideas or visions that came to you during this meditation. Continue feeling into your body and staying present with yourself, no matter what.
