Seeing Through The Illusion Of The Ego

Hi, you are so welcome. This is a talk about a topic we addressed in our live session. In these live sessions we create a sacred space of remembrance and reconnection to who we truly are. Because we remind each other. And I got the idea to create out of this live a talk. So you can listen to it even when you are not able to join the live session. One of our sessions was about our human ego. About seeing through the illusion of the ego. Before we continue, please take a moment. Take a deep breath in. Deep, deep breath into your nose. And as you exhale, please feel your body. Feel your breath. Feel the weight of your body. Feel your feet on the floor. Just be present now. Right here, right now. Together we create a sacred space. A field of remembrance. Remembering who we truly are and coming home to ourselves. And you are joining the sacred space now. There is no time, no space. So everyone who joined the live session or joins here in listening is part of this same circle. We support each other in opening up to the higher frequencies. To the frequencies of Source. The frequencies of our own higher consciousness. Because the moment we reconnect to those frequencies, our human life changes. We are here now together to remember something deeper. Something we deep inside know, but so often forget. And that's okay, because this life, this world, this 3D reality, pulls us in so many directions. We really grow up in a field of distortion, of separation, of programming. And through this programming, we forget who we really are. Today we remember. Not through the mind, but through the heart. Through the frequency. Because everything is frequency. And the connection to your true self is also at a specific point in this energy. And I'd love to take you there today. But first I want to thank you for being here. Thank you. Everything we do together, every meditation, every course, every live session, is always, always about coming home to your true self. Remembering more of who you truly are and connecting deeply to Source. So you can undo yourself from all the programming that keeps you stuck here in this human matrix. And you can be here and at home at the same time. You can be in the world and not of it. You can be your human self and your divine self at the same time. And from there, from this newfound place, you create your human life at a completely new level. Every course, every meditation that comes through me is about this. We are using all kind of entry points to come to this same, same point. To this same frequency. The frequency of your true self. And today the entry point is our human ego. Our human mind. Our human self. We have this human aspect and we have our divine aspect. And to learn to discern between the two is your greatest gift. Let's go for it. Please, again, take a deep breath in. And as you exhale, go to your heart. And say from your heart, I ask and intend to create a sacred space. My intent for today, for this talk, is to gain clarity on my human ego and to discern very, very clearly my true divine self and my human self in the difference in frequencies. So I learn how to transcend the human ego and to connect fully to the energy of my true self and the energy of Source. So I can move forward on my human path from my highest perspective and highest purpose with love and clarity. And so it is. Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale, just let these words wash over you. Let's talk a little bit about your human ego. To see it. Not to fight it, not to get rid of it. But to see it, really see it for what it is. And to love it. Sometimes we think that we have to get rid of this ego, right? But it's not your enemy. It's your protector. It is your human self trying to make sense of the pain, the chaos, the disconnection. It's the version of you that was built when you forgot who you really are and we all did it. It's our human survival mechanism. And it is our false self. It creates masks, survival patterns, strategies. And it keeps us there in a certain frequency which is not who we really are. Everything is energy, right? You are energy. You are a vast energy field of consciousness and light. When you first came here, you came in with a divine code. A divine blueprint. A frequency, pure, radiant, whole. Who you really are. But then, as you enter this human realm, this human field, this earthly reality, as you were born into a family, a lineage, a culture, you inherited belief systems, traumas, patterns, frequencies. It is all frequency. Thoughts like, I'm not safe, I don't belong, I have to work hard for love. They aren't just thoughts. They are energy. Every thought is an energy form. And they lodge in the body. They get stuck in the cells and they lower your frequency. And so, slowly, slowly, unconsciously, don't blame yourself, please, we all have this. Consciousness is part of the human game. But slowly, you begin to lose touch with your original energy. Not truly. It's never really gone, right? But it gets harder and harder to access it. The frequencies of your human self and your divine self are just too far apart. Because all the lower frequencies, they are pulling you down. And then, when you feel this disconnection, when you feel this longing for home and it seems like you can't reach it anymore, you have to survive this pain. The core wound of every trauma you build upon that is really losing this connection to your true self, to home, to source. To survive this pain, you build a version of yourself. A false self. A mask. Strategies, patterns, control, pleasing, overachieving, all in an effort to feel safe, to be seen, to be loved. But that false self, it is not who you really are. Because beneath it all is the original wound. The wound of separation. Separation. For thousands and thousands and thousands of years, humanity has felt itself so separate from its source. It's that ancient collective pain of being cut off from its source. It's the ancient collective pain of forgetting that we are indeed divine. Forgetting that we are love itself. This is where the ego is born. The collective ego and our individual ego. It's all interconnected. And it builds a whole identity, a whole world, a construct, just to not feel that pain again. This is our pain-avoiding brain, our ego, our protective mechanism, that is there to keep us safe. And it was so necessary. And yet, it's only by turning towards that pain with love that the ego begins to soften. That the masks can begin to melt and that the true divine essence starts to shine through again. And that's what you are called to do, right? Because you didn't come here to be stuck in that old identity. You came here to remember. You came here to embody your true self. Even here in this disconnected human reality. Even now. Maybe just precisely, exactly in this disconnected reality. In this time. You had the courage to come in here and incarnate. Be here in this so messy, so confusing reality and bring your divine essence through. Bring the energy of Source. That is why you are here. So when we talk about the ego today, we do it with love, with compassion. It's time for it to rest, right? To be loved. That it can stop working so hard for love. And it can indeed start to rest because something deeper is waking up. Something deeper inside you. The remembrance that you are Source. That you are this light. That you are the pure divine frequency. And everything that is not that, all the guilt, all the shame, all the fear, all the control, all the sadness. It wants to be released. It wants to be seen in the light of this truth. And that's what we'll do in every meditation and course. Releasing more of these lower frequencies. Releasing what you are not. All the belief systems, all the thoughts, all the emotions. Everything that is stuck in your energy field and in your body. In your cells. That is this lower frequency wants to be released and transmuted. So that the divine light of who you really are can pour through. Into your body, into your cells and emanate and radiate it out. Into the world. Every meditation, every course is about that. And we'll take all kind of subjects. To do that, to release, to embody Source energy. But first, let's ask ourselves a question. And then I'd love to take you along in a meditation. So you can experience for yourself what it feels like. When you are in this human form. In this ego part. Without any judgment by the way. Only love. And when you can experience that you simply through your intent. Can ask your higher consciousness to raise your vibration. And feel that completely other aspect of yourself. You are both. And it is your birthright to shift your perspective. To change your frequency. And to live your life. From a completely new energy. From the energy of who you really are. And I invite you. I invite you so much from my heart. To join me in this journey. Of really, really, really embodying this energy in every aspect of your life. Every moment of the day. But please. First ask yourself from your heart. You can put your hand on your heart and take a deep breath in. And as you exhale. Just ask. What part of me still believes it needs to protect. To control. Or to hide. What part of me still believes I need to earn love. Or prove myself. Or shrink. To be safe. Feel what comes up. Just allow every feeling to come up. Every thought. There is no right or wrong. It's all good. And what does this part need from you? Just let the answer bubble up. From your body. From your subconscious mind. What does this part need? And exactly this is the place where the transformation begins. Let the meditation guide you deeper. Into discernment. This meditation is here for you. To raise your frequency. And to experience and feel and remember who you really are. Feel so welcome to continue this process. After the meditation to recalibrate your frequency every day. With this frequency of source. Every meditation. Every course is designed to do that. To do exactly that. To recalibrate your frequency to the frequency of your true self. Thank you, thank you for being here with me in this sacred space. Enjoy the meditation and let source energy do its work for you. Allow it. Just be open to it. Thank you. Take a deep breath in. Deep, deep breath. Into your nose. And exhale through your mouth. And just relax. Relax the muscles in your face. Soften your eyes. Relax your neck. Your shoulders. Your arms and your hands. Take a deep breath in. Deep, deep breath. Into your nose. And as you exhale. Quiet your thoughts. Quiet your mind. Focus on this moment in time. Where you are right now. Release more of the tension from your body. And one more time. Take a deep breath in. Deep, deep breath. And exhale. Bring your focus to your navel area. And from there, set your intention. Say quietly in your mind. My intent is to discern the energies and frequencies with accuracy and precision. To discern the different frequencies of my own being. Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale. Focus again on your navel. And imagine that you are at the zero point behind your navel. And from there, you create a small sphere around your navel. And begin to expand slowly, slowly this ball of light while you stay there at your navel. Extend that sphere all the way to your skin. And begin to feel what your physical body is experiencing right now. Just feel. You are observing. No judgment, no thinking. Just feeling and observing. What do you feel? Is it busy? Chaotic? Tired? Stressed? Just observe. What do you feel? There is no right or wrong. And without projecting, ask your higher self to give you a sense of the frequency. Without projecting. There is no right and wrong. But what do you feel? Is it 100? 200 Hz? 300? 400? Just observe and allow. And again, breathe in through your nose. And as you exhale, you extend this bubble from your skin outwards 360 degrees. Just extend it a few centimeters out of your body. Half a foot. And just feel. Don't think, just feel. Feel there. What does it feel like there? Is it the same? Is it a little bit better? Calmer? Just discern the difference. That is all you are doing. Breathe in through your nose. And as you exhale, you continue to expand about a foot around your body. Just create a little bit of a bigger circle around your body. And notice how you feel right there. Is it calmer? Is it more busy? Is it more busy at one side or another? Is there a difference? Just observe. There is no right or wrong. And again, take a deep breath in. And as you exhale, simply through your intent, expand to 733 Hz. Your higher self knows it will take you there. The only thing you have to do is to intend to be at 733 Hz. Ask to expand your field to 733 Hz around your body. And notice how it feels right there. Take your time. What is the difference? Be in the moment. Just feel. And now breathe in through your nose. And as you exhale, continue to push outward. Make your bubble a little bit bigger. And intend to be at 734 Hz. 734 up to 1000 Hz. Ask to be and feel that energy. Feel that frequency. And just relax. Feel. Go to 800. 880 Hz. Your higher self knows how to take you there. The only thing you have to do is to intend. And notice how it feels. Breathe in. And as you exhale, expand all the way to 1000 Hz. Notice how you feel. What is the difference between this frequency and to where you began? What do you feel now? Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale, expand even further. And ask to merge. To merge with your spirit aspect. Your true soul nature. It is more than these 1100 Hz. Your higher self knows, just ask to sense your own spirit self. Your original nature. How does it feel? Take a moment to feel. Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale, expand even further. And ask your higher self to just merge you with your true original consciousness. How does that feel? And how is it different? Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale, bring your focus back to your heart. And set your intent once more. To connect to source. To see, feel, sense and discern very clearly the original frequency of your essence. And the source of all of creation. The source of all life. Visualize a center. A point at the center of the universe. Just imagine that there is a point. You don't have to know where or how to get there, just intent. Your intent is enough. Just intent to experience that point at the center of the universe. Visualize, imagine, intent. To experience it as a big, white light. So bright, so clear, so clean, so pure. How does it feel? Intent now. Intent now to bring that original energy, that original essence, that source energy, back with you. To wrap yourself with this source light. And as you breathe in, and as you exhale, travel back through space. With this pure white light. And as you travel through space, you move through the galaxies. You move through the center of this galaxy, the Milky Way. You move through this planetary system, always with this pure white light wrapped around you. And now imagine that you are traveling all the way to Earth, to this beautiful planet. This white light wrapped around you. And now bring this light right above the physical location where you are right now. This is the same source frequency that you brought from the center of the universe. The original essence that you really are. Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale, bring this light gradually through the top of your head. Every cell in your skull is absorbing this pure light. This frequency of source. It fills your brain, every cell in your face, in your sinuses, your jaw, your mouth, your throat. This same light, pure source energy is coming down through your throat and your neck. Filling every cell in your neck and in your shoulders. Your arms and hands, all the way to the tip of your fingers. Your upper back and chest. Every cell in your chest is filled with this pure bright light. It fills your stomach, your lower back, your belly. Your hips, your thighs, your knees are filled with this pure bright white light. Your calves, your shins, your ankles, and your feet. Every cell in your body is filled with this energy. And this light comes out through the bottom of your feet, anchoring you deep into the ground. Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale. Imagine every cell in your body absorbing this pure light. Allow your body to be filled with pure, pure source light. Bring your focus to your heart. And say from your heart. I am source. I am pure light. I am pure energy. Pure, unconditional love. This is who I really am. Now I remember. And I ask to open up to this energy even more. As of now. Take a deep breath in. And exhale. Stay focused on your heart. And whenever you're ready, open your eyes.
