This is a meditation designed to create affirmations of self-love and forgiveness. The words become the truth of the listener and allows personal blocks to be cleared for success in all areas of life to be achieved.  This is inspired by hopponopono meditation, metta and self love practices.

Self Love And Compassion Meditation

 Breathing deeply, allowing the whole body to relax. Inhale for four, three, two, one. Exhale, four, three, two, one. Allowing the whole body to relax from the tip of the head down the back of the neck, the chest, the arms, the hips. Relaxing the legs, and the feet. I want you to relax and let my words become your thoughts. And your thoughts become your reality. Breathing deeply, let my words become your thoughts and your thoughts now become your reality. Let my words become your thoughts and your thoughts become your reality. Let my words become your thoughts and your thoughts now become your reality. As my words become your thoughts and your reality, you listen and accept everything that I say to you as you, for you, from me, as you. All these suggestions will become part of your conscious and unconscious mind and every part of your daily habit from this moment on. Let my words become your thoughts and your thoughts now become your reality. Let my words become your thoughts and your thoughts now become your reality. You know now your thoughts as you hear them. Thank you for allowing me to survive everything I have ever been through to this point. Thank you for supporting me and only ever wanting the best for me. I embrace self-love and forgiveness. I'm sorry for thinking that I was ever a failure for mistakes I have made in the past. This life is an accumulation of experiences that will let my soul evolve and grow and make good choices. This is a unique evolution and I am grateful for all the steps for this journey. I'm sorry for the way I've compared myself to others, for worrying what others might think and for not always following the whispers of my heart and intuition. From today onwards, I follow my heart and intuition. I trust my decisions and choices. I will no longer compare myself to anyone else. I am unique and happy. I love you so much. I love you for being you and for all that you do. I am perfect just the way I am and I openly and lovingly accept myself. I'm sorry for all that I have put myself through, for the pain and stress that I have allowed. For any bad decisions that I have ever made, I forgive myself. I was learning, I understand that I was learning. Now I know that it is impossible to make the same mistake again in the exact same way because growth and learning is the iron law at play. I have learned and I have grown and I have nothing to fear in making another mistake because my experiences will help me learn and grow. And in learning and growing, I am creating a life I desire. A life that brings myself and others happiness. Thank you for allowing me to survive everything that I have ever been through to this point. Thank you for supporting me and only ever wanting the best for me. I love you. I love you so much. I love you for being you and for all that you do. I openly and lovingly accept you. I accept myself. I forgive you easily and effortlessly. As easily as I forgive myself, I forgive others. I need not punish myself by hiding away and keeping myself safe as this does not deserve the highest growth and potential of my soul. Please forgive all my indiscretions and for all that I have done wrong against my values and morals because I do love you. I choose now to focus on the things that really matter to me in life, the things that bring me joy and laughter. I stop focusing on things that are out of my control and choose to focus on living a life of fulfillment, knowing that everything I desire comes to me in the most divine timing. There is no resistance in my mind or body. I am free to be me, to live, to laugh, to love, to cry, to fall, to make mistakes, to succeed, to achieve great things, to prosper, to move forward, to succeed, to grow, to win, to achieve all my greatest dreams and desires. I can forgive, accept and love myself. I can forgive, accept and love myself. I can forgive, accept and love myself. As you hear these words, by the end of this meditation, all these words are becoming your thoughts as they integrate both consciously and subconsciously into every part of your physical, mental, emotional body and they integrate into every part of your daily habit from this moment on. Thank you. I love you. I am sorry. Please forgive me. I forgive, accept and love myself fully. Breathing deeply, allowing the words to saturate into the mind, into the body. As I count from one to ten, by the time I reach ten, you will be feeling healthy, content, happy with a new sense of love for yourself and others.
