Self Love, Soul Healing

 Welcome to this healing meditation to clear you of anything that is standing in the way of loving yourself and knowing that you are worthy. So let's begin by taking a few deep and cleansing breaths and getting comfortable and feeling into your body, feeling into you in this present moment and honoring yourself for taking this time to connect with yourself and to give yourself this gift of healing and following the in-breath and the out-breath, allowing yourself to relax. So often I am asked how do I learn to love myself? Love is not to be learned, it already exists within us. Many of us have not been encouraged to love ourselves because our parents or caregivers were not taught either. Self-love really is quite a new concept in this present age and most of us are somewhere on the transformational journey to self-love. Take in a few more deep and cleansing breaths. To love ourselves we do not need to learn anything, we just need to let go of all that is standing in the way of love. The love that is already there for ourselves and the self-worth that has been buried under generations of wounding and conditioning. Breathe, relax and surrender. As we do this meditation you may have certain memories, thoughts or feelings that arise. Lovingly acknowledge them as you do this practice. Feel into your heart now, your center of love and notice how your heart feels. Does it feel light or heavy, open or closed? Lovingly acknowledge the state of your heart. The heart is the pathway to the soul and your connection to the all that is. Connect in now by saying, I release and let go of all that is not love for myself. And now breathe in white healing light into your heart, allowing it to fill the entire cavity and breathe out all that is not love. I release and let go of all that is not love for myself. Breathing in the white healing light, letting go of all that is not love. And now say, I release and let go of all old messages that are stopping me from loving myself. Once again breathing in the white healing light into your heart, breathing out all those old messages that are stopping you from loving yourself. Do this a few times. I release and let go of all old messages that are stopping me from loving myself. And now say, I release and let go of all past traumas and wounding that are preventing me from loving myself. And once again just breathing the white light into your heart and breathing out the old traumas and wounding. I release and let go of all past traumas and wounding that are stopping me from loving myself. Continue to breathe in the white light and breathing out old traumas, old wounding. And as we're doing this just noticing how your heart is feeling and acknowledging any thoughts or feelings or memories. As we now say, I release and let go of all childhood memories that are stopping me from loving myself. Breathing in the white light, breathing out and letting go of any childhood memories that are stopping you from loving yourself. I release and let go of all childhood memories that are stopping me from loving myself. Continue to breathe in the white light, breathing out all that is not love and acknowledging any memories, thoughts or feelings. And now say, I release and let go of all cellular memories that are stopping me from loving myself. Breathing in the white light, breathing out and releasing all cellular memories, preventing you from loving yourself. Allowing that white light to fill the entire cavity of your heart. I release and let go of all cellular memories that are stopping me from loving myself. And continuing to feel into your heart your center of forgiveness. And now say, I'm willing to forgive myself for the mistakes of the past. Breathing in white light, breathing out all that is not self-forgiveness. I'm willing to forgive myself for the mistakes of the past. Continue to breathe in that white light, allowing it to fill your heart and letting go of all that is not self-forgiveness. And acknowledging any thoughts or feelings, memories or insights. And now we say, I release and let go of all guilt, all shame and the belief that I'm not good enough. Once again breathing the white light into your heart, breathing out all guilt, all shame, the belief that you are not good enough. I release and let go of all guilt, all shame and the belief that I'm not good enough. Breathing in the white light, letting it fill your heart. Releasing and letting go of the toxic emotions that are not self-love. And then we say, I release and let go. Of the belief that I'm not worthy. Breathing in the white light, breathing out low self-worth. I release and let go of the belief that I'm not worthy. Allowing the white light to fill your heart. Breathing out and letting go of all low self-worth. And now see and feel this white light stream through your entire body from head to toe. Imagine the white light is pouring down on you like a waterfall. Going through your entire body, every cell, around every cell. Imagine it's streaming through your DNA. Within you, around you, through your aura. Cleansing away the past and all that stands in the way of your love for yourself. I have asked for the following affirmations to be infused with healing light. And as I say each affirmation, you can repeat it or just allow the affirmation into your heart. I'll sage affirmation twice. I honor myself. I honor myself. I let go of the need to be perfect. I let go of the need to be perfect. I choose to love myself in all my imperfection. I choose to love myself in all my imperfection. I choose to be my own best friend. I choose to be my own best friend. I choose to be kind to myself. I choose to be kind to myself. I say to you, well done. Forgiving yourself is time to heal and align to self-love. You are the most important person in your life. And you deserve to put yourself first. The greater the love you have for yourself, the greater the love you will be able to give, and the greater the love you will draw to you. Feel yourself present, grounded and transformed. Namaste.
