Setting Your Intention For An Amazing Day

Good morning, friends. This is a morning meditation on setting your intention so that you can have a phenomenal day, because you deserve to have a totally amazing day. And the truth is that it takes some doing, it takes some clarity. So in this meditation, I'm going to guide you into how to come to clarity and offer that clarity, that clarity of your intention to the universe. Because the truth is that all we can do is get clear, is shine bright, send a bright beam of light out into the universe, and trust that it will be received, that we are beaming love and light into the universe, and that we can trust the universe takes note. Let us begin. Let us begin by finding a comfortable position so that you can feel yourself with a long spine. Let your shoulders soften. Make room, letting the neck lengthen. And take some breaths. Allow yourself to breathe all the way in and all the way out. All the way in and all the way out. And now I invite you to feel the seat of yourself down in your hips and pelvis. And sense how you're held. You are held by life. You are held by the place you're sitting and by Mother Earth herself. And with your next breath, I invite you to send roots way down, way, way down. And as you're breathing, allow your breath to carry light through your whole body so that you're energized, energized and alive. You might experience this energy as light, sensation, tingling, pulsing, the feeling of movement throughout your body and your being. You are plugged in. Yes, you're plugged in. Feel yourself plugged into the earth way, way, way down. And as you breathe, draw this potent aliveness of the earth all the way up through your body so that it travels up and up through the center of you and out the top of your head like a fountain of light, a fountain of light. And notice how it feels to be alive. And now take a moment and notice how you want to live this day. How do you want to live this day? Maybe you want to be able to be present from moment to moment or practice deep kindness. Maybe you want to have laser-like focus or perhaps you want to remind yourself to relax, to set yourself up to relax. Trust whatever is coming because it is bubbling up from deep within you, deep within. This is your inner voice speaking to you. And once you have this intention clear in your mind's eye, I want you to take a nice breath and allow your palms to face upward. And as you breathe, let this intention be broadcast into the universe. Feel how it feels to live this way. See yourself living this way, being this way. Sense it. Sense it with all of your senses and with the clarity of your inner mind's eye. And notice how it feels. Because right now you are broadcasting a signal and your signal is being received. And with this breath, give thanks. Give thanks because it's already done. It's already done. And you can smile into your heart, trusting that it's already done. There is a golden pathway for you to walk on into this day, into the fullness of your life. So give thanks. And feel the current of gratitude, the light of gratitude. And you can trust that you will have an amazing day. Incredible day. Beautiful day. Because you are co-creating with the universe. And you are welcome to practice this meditation as often as you would like. In my experience, it's very helpful to practice it repeatedly for three days in a row, five days in a row, seven days in a row. And see what happens. You will be amazed by what appears by the miracles that grace your life. And so it is. And so it is. And so it is.
