Short Intention Setting Pause

A short pause to help you slow down and set an intention. This might be an intention for the next part of your day, for a meditation or practice you're about to begin, for a conversation that matters, or simply for how you want to be with yourself right now. Let's begin by taking a moment to arrive fully here. If it feels comfortable, you may close your eyes, though you don't have to. Allow the breath to move naturally, nothing to change, just noticing you're here. Now ask yourself quietly, what intention would you like to set for yourself? What intention would you like to set for yourself? Keep it simple. One quality is enough. You might notice a word forming, an image appearing, a feeling arising, or simply a quiet sense of direction. Rather than analyzing, allow this intention to take shape, simple, clear, something that feels true enough for now. Take one slow breath in, and a slow breath out, letting that intention settle. And when you're ready, opening your eyes or lifting your gaze, taking this intention with you into the rest of your day.
