Simple Act Of Being

Hello. I'd like to welcome you here. My name is Tracy McCree, and I'm so glad that you chose to click on this simple guided meditation. What a beautiful journey we're on. A journey of love, a journey of remembrance, a journey of coming back home to self, a journey of divine awakening, or maybe simply being. We hear human being, but often as humans we forget the simple act of being. So I invite you to do that here, to gently ground, to feel your grounding cord, to feel anchored. And when the day rushes by, I invite you to come back to this simple reminder, guided pause. And as you feel yourself being anchored here, your grounding cord secure around your hips, sinking naturally through the foundation and the earth, deep, deep, deep into the center of the earth, into the outstretched arms of the earth mother, who's illuminating, pulsating the heartbeat of the earth, of this beautiful planet that we're on. Feel it coming up, up, slowing, syncopating your heartbeat with the heartbeat of the earth. And to you, this feels natural. It's like part of the remembrance of who you are. And now I invite you at the top of your head to feel this beautiful, magnificent light. It's just above your head and it comes in at just the right amount at your crown. And you can feel it, the light. You can feel it on your face, like when you sit at the beach and you have your eyes closed and you can feel that warmth. Let it permeate in, washing the thoughts of the day, the weights in your mind, the heaviness, gentle cleansing, deep breaths into this. And as it passes your third eye, maybe it allows you to see a little more clarity. Down into your throat, like a warm cup of tea, soothing with honey, glowing love and light that you are. Let it gently go down and maybe it cleanses some of the words that you've had to hold back or that you felt like you weren't able to speak. And I invite you to gently lean back into the divine listening, into the connection with all that is, into the remembrance that we are not here alone. We are so, so held and at any time we can listen to all that is. Down into your beautiful heart and soften your shoulders to allow this divine love to come in. Maybe there's something heavy on your heart. Allow this beautiful light to wash, gently wash that. No need to think about anything. It softens it. Maybe you feel called to put your hand on your chest, do some soft circles here. Down into the back of your heart, as if the hand of source or the divine now becomes the seat that you're sitting in, holding you here at your back, reminding you how held you are. Not only in life, but in the universe. This cosmic play that we're in, in our day-to-day lives, you are so held. Breathe into this love. Breathe into this holding. And maybe put now, put your left hand on your belly, your solar plexus, your divine will, that golden sun within you. The way that we often show up in the world, in the front of our body, but remember that hand is at the heart. That you're back, holding you in all that you do. You don't have to show up alone. You are guided in every step forward. Down into your pelvis area. Beautiful creativity power center here. Into your sacral, illuminating with this golden light, and it illuminates the chakra here, this beautiful orange dance of creativity and grace, and the divine feminine within. Anchoring you all the way down into your root, into the root that we began with, into the heartbeat of the earth, this ruby red, beautiful root chakra. And this is just your simple reminder that at any time, you can come back to you. Come back to the connection to the earth. Come back to the connection to source and all that is, and the remembrance that we are actually one and connected with all things. May you know how loved you are, how held you are so loved.
