A wonderfully easy meditation to connect you with the universe & Divine energy. Allow your vibration to become higher as your own energy becomes lighter. The universe sees us as a light or bright energy, and during this meditation you will expand your light to merge with source.

Sitting In The Power

 Sitting in the power. During this meditation we'll expand our awareness of the universe and accept our connectedness to Divine energy and with those in the spiritual and angelic realms. You'll notice your vibration will become much higher and your energy will be much lighter. And it is when these two things happen that all lightworkers, that is those of us who heal or work psychically or link with Spirit, we can tap into the wonderful enhanced connection with Source. It's as if we're one with Source and the universe. So if you're ready, gently close your eyes. As you begin to breathe more deeply and slowly, notice how your body and your mind prepare to relax. Simply follow each breath in and each breath out. In order to have a clear exchange with those in Spirit, we must consciously release our ego. So go ahead and do that now, setting aside any and all other thoughts apart from seeking a true and humble spiritual connection at this time. Now, in your mind, take your attention to the soles of your feet and imagine tiny roots growing there. And as they grow, they push through the floor and into the earth below. Feel, see or sense your roots as they grow and grow and start to go deeper and deeper into the cool, dark earth. Experience your roots blending with the natural earth energies and be assured that you are fully grounded and protected at this time. Really enjoy and experience that connection with earth now. Now take your awareness to the core of your being deep inside yourself and see a tiny light shining there. Notice that each time you breathe in, that lovely little light grows. It won't shrink back when you breathe out, but instead it waits for your next in-breath to grow a bit more. Observe your wonderful light as it grows bigger and bigger. See it getting brighter and brighter. Keep watching as your beautiful light grows to completely fill the inside of your body. Allow your light to keep shining, keeping its stunning intensity, but now see it slowly expanding beyond the surface of your skin. Radiating outwards without any effort from you, place no restrictions on how your light shines. This is how the universe sees us all, as a light or a form of bright energy. Our energy is part of the universe and although we are currently having a human earthly journey, we are still connected to the energy of the universe on the spiritual plane. And as our light shines out within this universe, so the light and the love of the universe supports and sustains each of us in our human state. Focus now and consciously link your energy with the universe. Allow divine light and love to envelop you, to fill you, to merge with you, to understand you fully. As this happens, you will blend together and become one united energy where learning and communications can be more easily exchanged. Relax, relax and give yourself up fully to this very special time of spiritual communication and I will come back for you. Start to draw in some long, strong deep breaths of fresh air. As you do this, feel your own energy and light slowly, slowly settling back into its natural, healthy state. Visualize your whole body cocooned in a beautiful golden bubble which gives you strength and protection. In your own time, you can either go to sleep or you can stretch your arms and legs and open your eyes. Namaste.
