Place a hand on your heart, make yourself comfortable. Inhale slowly for five counts and exhale slowly for five counts. Feel your heart slowing, sinking with the rhythm of the universe. With each breath, peace expands outwards from your heart, wrapping around you. Letting your breath rise and letting your breath sink back down.
