Sunrise Gratitude Meditation

Find a comfortable position and close your eyes. Take a long deep breath in through your nose and gently exhale through your mouth. Start by envisioning the first rays of the morning Sun casting a warm glow on the horizon. Feel the promise of a fresh start and exhale any tensions that remain from yesterday. Think of something you are grateful for and feel the warmth of gratitude in your heart. Now we're going to set a positive intention for the day ahead. Envision yourself navigating through challenges with grace, spreading kindness and embracing the moments of joy that come your way. Your day is a canvas waiting to be painted with positivity. When you are ready and only when you are ready, slowly open your eyes carrying this newfound energy and gratitude into your day. Take a moment and thank yourself for showing up and having a positive start to this day. May your day be filled with joy. Thank you for joining me on this meditation. Namaste.
