Surrender Into Flow

 Sit comfortably and take a few deep and cleansing breaths. And as you breathe out, relax your body and allow yourself to let go. All that we need will come to us when we are in the state of surrender. In the state of surrender, there is no sense of pushing for any particular outcome. No sense of forcing or striving or needing to control or manipulate circumstances. And continue to breathe deeply in and out. The universe is a loving place. This is the opposite to what our ego mind thinks. Our ego mind is a small fearful part of ourselves which is very attached to outcomes because it cannot see the big picture. The ego thinks it's all alone and it has to battle through life. The ego operates always from the vibration of fear. And continue to breathe in and out deeply. By contrast, our true self which is connected to the divine matrix, the source, God or whatever you want to call it, knows how to be present. In presence, natural intelligence runs through us. Look at an embryo and how it grows. Look at nature grow. This is natural intelligence. It's the law of least resistance. Grounds doesn't try to grow, it just grows. Water doesn't try to flow, it just flows. And continue to breathe in and out and relax. Now as you breathe in, breathe into your heart space, accessing the love and compassion that is stored there. As you breathe out, breathe out this beautiful energy of love and compassion and allow it to fill you and surround you. Visualize this energy from your heart as a beautiful pink color surrounding your entire being and filling the inside of you. Self love and compassion are of the highest importance if we want to heal ourselves and our lives. And now imagine in your mind's eye, walking into a cave. The cave is dark but you are holding a torch of fire to light and guide your way through a long tunnel. And as you walk through this tunnel, you see there are many pictures on the walls. They are pictures of your fears, your worries, your anxieties created by your ego mind. In fact, everything you have ever feared or worried about is on these walls in pictures. Take a moment to let the pictures of your worries and anxieties reveal themselves. And now take the torch and burn these pictures. See them burn until they are just cinders. And continue walking through the cave. And as you walk along there are more pictures. Pictures of you trying to force, control, push, manipulate. Going it along with your ego mind. Take a moment to see these pictures and where this is happening in your life. Wherever you are forcing, pushing, controlling, manipulating. Take a minute to look at the pictures. And now take the torch and burn them all. And see them burn until they are ashes. And continue to walk along the tunnel. See all around you now, all the outcomes that you are attached to. Take a moment to look at them. And take the torch and burn them all. See all the outcomes you are attached to burn until there is nothing left. And keep moving along the tunnel. More pictures appear. They are all the relationships in your life where you are struggling to love. There may be people you cannot forgive. Those whom you label as guilty. Who you judge and who you criticize. There may be people with whom you are in a power struggle with. Take a moment to view these relationships. And take the torch and burn these pictures. See them burn until they are just cinders. And at the end of this tunnel there is a room. Walk into the room. This room is full of negative energy. It's where all your unloving thoughts and toxic emotions to date have been stored. It feels heavy and gloomy and stagnant in this room. Take a moment to acknowledge the energy that has been created from your ego minds fear. And now see that there is a door on the other side of this room. Walk over to it and open it. But before you exit through it. Take your torch of fire and throw it into this room of negative energy. Watch safely from the doorway as the flames consume this room. Taking with it all past negative energies and the karma created from your ego mind. And now turn and close the door. You are out of the cave now. Out into the open. And you can hear birds sing and the gentle rustle of the breeze. Feel the fresh air in your skin and the sunlight on your face. You are in an ancient forest where everything is deep green. The trees are huge but there is dappled sunlight streaming through. And as you walk through this beautiful forest there are plants and flowers. Butterflies and exotic birds. Beauty is all around you. This is your garden of Eden. And as you walk through the forest you see a clearing. In the middle of this clearing is a stone chair. It is encrusted with many colourful and precious stones. And it is inviting you to sit in stillness in the forest. It is upholstered in comfortable velvet. Sit down and sink into the seat. Take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to be fully present in this beautiful place. And as you sit, see and feel a beam of light descend down from above and beam through you. Feel the energy of divine intelligence enter every cell of your body. It feels so inspiring and yet peaceful as it fills every cell of your body. Feel it connect you to both heaven and earth. Look around you. You feel totally at one with nature. You feel a part of it and feel love for everything around you. On the ground you see a little lizard walking slowly but contentedly. Butterflies dance and dragonflies buzz. And then you notice there are messages on every tree around you. And as you read the messages, allow them to enter your being. Divine intelligence runs through me always. In stillness the answers come. There is no struggle. I slow down, there is no need to hurry. I move forward at the steady pace of the universe. In presence divine intelligence runs through me. It is safe to let go and trust. The universe loves me and will always take care of me. All is well when I surrender. My life flows with divine synchronicity, grace and ease. Breathe in and let the truth fill your heart and allow a state of inner beauty and peace to emerge. Alight from the chair and walk through this beautiful forest breathing in the fresh forest scent and feeling safe and supported and loved. You see before you a flowing stream. The water is crystal clear and it's inviting you to step into it and to float along on its current. As you enter you feel the water is just the right temperature. The current is swift and strong and it pulls you along. You feel very buoyant and so you float on your back totally relaxed and noticing as you go that there are stunning flowers and long grasses along the banks. And now you see willow trees. And now a family of swans is swimming right beside you gracefully. You're thoroughly enjoying yourself just allowing yourself to float and go wherever the stream takes you. And now you float into pink lotuses. You float through them, surrounded by them. And when you next look along the bank you see you. You see yourself looking fit and healthy and feeling energetic, happy and well. This is the divine blueprint of you. You are glowing with radiance and good health. And now look to the other side of the bank. You see yourself again enjoying loving and connected relationships and surrounded by love. And you look again and you see yourself doing work that you love. It actually doesn't seem like work because you love doing it so much. And over on the other side of the bank there you are enjoying divine abundance. In a home that you love, enjoying a lifestyle you desire, surrounded by abundance. You're a cup run of oomba. You have everything you desire and you know you always will have. Because you are in touch with the universal flow and know you will always be provided for in the most divinely right way. Allow yourself to float for another minute now. Relax and surrender and trust the stream. And with every breath in you relax and every breath out you let go. With every breath in you're filled with love and every breath out you surrender. With every breath in you heal and every breath out you trust. Enjoy the flow. Enjoy the lightness of being. This is how you are meant to feel and be. Let go and trust. And now bring yourself back to the present moment. Feel into your body. Bring yourself fully back into the here and now. Feel your body. Feel your feet connected to the ground. Feel your toes and whenever you are ready open your eyes.
