Tantra is the full merging with the Divine. To merge with another (even the divine), we polarize into one half of the whole that leads to bliss. This practice allows us to merge completely and feel the flow of divine energy move through our natural magnetic poles within our bodies. Your experience can be anything from healing, emotionally moving, to completely orgasmic. This is a practice that you can continue to expand into as we grow, change and expand into who we are.

Tantric Practice For Men: Merging With The Divine

 So come lying on your back completely comfortable, maybe with a pillow under your head. And just stretch for a moment. Stretch your toes, stretch your fingers. Release any tension that's in the body. Because our goal is to be completely still. So just take a moment to contract muscles and release them. Stretch out your face, stretch out your fingers, your toes. Any of the big muscles in the body, just contract them and then release them. Feel you're completely comfortable and feel like you could actually lay still for a little while. So lying on your back with your arms at your side, palms facing up. Just feel your belly rising with the inhale and falling with your exhale. Allow your body to lie perfectly still. Sometimes there are little fidgets that want to move, but let's just let them go. Let's choose to just breathe. Allow our breath to be the only thing that's moving. Allow the spirit to be moving through our physical body. As a human, we are like a battery with a positive and negative pole. As a man, your positive pole is the end of your penis or phasra. And your negative pole or your feminine receiving pole is your heart center. So as you inhale, inhale into your heart center. And as you exhale, exhale out of your phasra or penis. Vajra is Sanskrit and it means thunderbolt. For now, just allow the energy of the breath to enter your heart center as you inhale and exhale out your phasra. Allow the sensation of your heart opening to receive and then completely releasing it on the exhale. Allow your breath to be any way it is naturally. The more natural we can be, the more the energy, the prana permeates our cells to release all stress opens our cells to receive. Release any stresses or any tension so that this energy can completely come in. If there's any blockages there, just ask that they be removed. It is no small thing to be able to receive love into our heart. It takes time to open and release and even feel worthy to receive. But we are so worthy. You are so worthy. We are part of the universe. We are part of the stars. We are all part of this incredible weaving. What we are receiving, we are already a part of. So opening up as we inhale and allowing this love to enter our heart. And as we exhale releasing it back into the universe. Tantra is a mystical path. It is about fully merging with the divine. If you call it God Source, the Mother, however you understand this energy to be, it's all perfect. So now let's receive this on the inhale, the energy of God, of the Great Mother, of the universe. And as we exhale giving back to her, to the universe. This is infinite love, infinite energy coming in. Continue to relax your body, relax the muscles. Feel your cells individually opening to receive this love. And knowing that it is always coming, it is always there for us, release it from your vajra. Feel that energy releasing out of you and nourishing the world. This is how you plug into the world. This is how you are one with everyone. Receiving love through your heart and giving back through works, through words, through love, through kindness. This is infinite energy, infinite energy, infinite possibility, inspiration, wonder entering you. And then we are able to give back with all the love that we truly are. We may never have been able to give this kind of love back in our normal life, but it's within us to be this open, to be able to receive this much because we are so loved. Allow your breath to deepen with this incredible influx of energy and love. Let's allow our hearts to open even more. Release any tension you might feel in the body. Essentially we are feeling love. We are receiving infinite love because that's what we're a part of. We are giving back infinite love to everyone we love in our lives, to everyone in the world who really needs it. But also just giving back in gratitude, just thankful to be alive, to open our hearts in pure thanks because today we woke up and we got to breathe and we got to have experiences. Allowing yourself to receive even more. Self-love is about connection to our own soul. To feel that soul within you and nourish it with this love to open ourselves to completely fill that soul. Continue this cycle for as long as feels wonderful. The music will continue to play but lie as long as you would like. Namaste.
