Gratitude is the easiest ways to open your heart and mind to create positive changes into your life. Appreciation is gratitude in action. It expands your energy field (aura), allowing you to attract greater success, wisdom, and happiness effortlessly. If we don't appreciate with gratitude, we often do it in hindsight out of regret.

As your heart fills with the essence of gratitude, you'll tap into your Soul to receive healing and rejuvenation. Any situation you're facing right now will quickly benefit from shifting & lifting your mind with gratitude

Tapping Into The Magic Of Gratitude

 So let's begin. Close your eyes and take in a long, slow, deep breath. And as you exhale, release and let go of any cares or concerns that are filling your mind in the moment. Simply blow them away with your exhale as you inhale relaxation and exhale tension, tiredness and fatigue. Breathing in, becoming more balanced and centered with each and every breath. For this is your time. A time to open your heart and to feed your soul with appreciation and gratitude. One of the lost treasures and one of those gentle, magical powers that often is forgotten in the busyness of our daily lives. We're going to focus on feeling gratitude, opening your heart and lifting your vibration to a higher octave so that you can allow more magic and miracles into your life. So with your eyes quietly closed, so just pretend and imagine that you are surrounded by your favorite color, that you are surrounded by a mist, an energy that is your favorite color, whether it's a flower or a flower. Or whether it is a cooler color like blue or teal or green. Let yourself be surrounded by your favorite color and feel its temperature. Feel the coolness or the warmth. And as you imagine this color surrounding you, becoming a part of your energy field, a part of your aura, feeling the coolness of your own energy. And as you imagine this color surrounding you, becoming a part of your energy field, a part of your aura, you breathe it in through the pores on the surface of your skin. Breathing in this favorite color that you imagine is surrounding you. Feel it creating a cocoon of comfort and relaxation. And I'm going to count from 5 to 1 and very quickly at the count of 1, achieve the perfect state of mind to more fully open your heart and experience the lost treasures of gratitude and appreciation. So with your eyes relaxed, I count backwards. 5, letting go, letting go, let go. 4, going deeper, going deeper. 3, your body is relaxing as you feel a gentle wave of relaxation flowing through your entire body, your entire being. 3, 2, and 1. 1, imagine now. Imagine that you're standing before the beauty of the ocean, the magnificent stretch of the waves of the ocean that gently lap on the shore. You stand in the warm, dry sand as the setting sun is reaching out towards the horizon of the water. It is a beautiful, enchanted afternoon and your day is quickly fading into the evening hours, into the twilight, that magical time when the night and the day share the same space in harmony with each other. And imagine the beautiful colors of the sunset, the intense oranges and peaches and purples, even lavender that streaks and is streaming across the western sky. You see the body of water called the ocean moving effortlessly in its undulation, moving back and forth as you open your imagination to experience at the twilight hour. You imagine the smells of the salt water and you feel the gentle breeze washing across your skin. You smell the fresh, renewed energy of the ocean air as you breathe naturally and easily, standing in the warm, dry sand facing the majesty of the ocean and this magnificent setting sun. You step forward now with your bare feet as it shifts in the warm, dry sand, stepping forward closer towards the ocean until the sand beneath your feet becomes cool and hard and wet. As the sand covers your feet and you feel a connection with the earth and you let yourself feel the appreciation of the Mother Earth for her support with every step of your journey coming home. The earth is there to support you, giving you a bounty and harvest of food to nourish your body and provide you with energy to get through your day. The earth is a beautiful living being, always producing abundant energy and food and well-being for all the creatures that inhabit this beautiful planet. Feel the loving support of the earth beneath you and allow yourself to be thankful for Mother Earth. You step forward until the waves massage and tickle your feet and you feel the gentle waves about ankle deep surrounding your feet and you kneel down and you cup the ocean water in your hands. You cup the ocean water and you see the living force of water and you give thanks for the water on our planet, the healing waters that bathe and cleanse our bodies to that sustain and nourish our physical well-being. Give gratitude and thanks for the living waters of our planet. And as you release the cupped water in your hand, it splashes down back into the ocean from where it came. And a gentle breeze tussles your hair and you take in another full deep breath of purified ocean air and it fills your lungs with life-giving energy and the oxygen blesses and refreshes every cell in your body as you breathe of the abundance of oxygen and the fresh air always available to you. And you feel the appreciation and thankfulness for the living beauty of air as it sustains the life within you. Let the air and the energy of air be a part of what you're grateful for this day. And as you look straight ahead, the ball of light called the golden sun has lowered now just touching the horizon and as it touches the horizon of the water, it streaks shimmering gold path from the horizon right to in front of your feet. A beautiful golden path reflected off of the water, off of the beautiful ocean waters. You see and sense the warmth of the fire of the sun that nurtures and support the life of our world as we know it. You feel the warmth of the sun on the surface of your skin and you know it is good and true and it is there to support you. Open your heart to all of the elements that make it possible for our survival as a human race, that make it possible for you to exist on this physical planet. And as the sun slowly sets, the last bit of sunset and the colors in the western sky seem to fade quickly to black. And you feel the aliveness of all of the energy of our beautiful planet, you sense the consciousness of love imbued within the earth and the water, the air and the fire. They are your friends, they are the life force of the physical planet. And as you go into the darkness, into the night, in your mind, let yourself remember and connect with those friends in your life, those family members, co-workers, colleagues, those people who love and support you, who really do care about you and your future, and who you care about and honor and respect. Take a few moments in the coolness of the night to feel gratitude and appreciation for those special, marvelous, loving human beings that are a part of your life. And you think of those loved ones, no longer physical, no longer a part of your life, but there in the depth of your heart, you remember and feel the appreciation for having shared time together on this beautiful planet, and the loving, joyful memories of those friends and family members. Open your heart, feel the sweet sadness and the love and appreciation for how they have enriched your life. You feel a deep level of thankfulness, a sweet and quiet joy, and a deepening of love, of allowing yourself to be in the light of your own heart. And a deepening of love, of allowing yourself to receive love by feeling gratitude. As it opens your heart, you let this love flow deep into your bloodstream, letting the love of gratitude flow through your nervous system, healing, balancing, repairing, and strengthening your entire physical body. Let this shimmer of gratitude fill the colored light surrounding your body. That favorite color that you are cocooned within is now shimmering with a golden or silver shimmer of gratitude. Feel it expanding, expanding, expanding. As you absorb the healing energy of gratitude into every cell of your body, allow yourself to either return as I count from one to five, or if you'd like to continue, feeling this amazing magical resonance called gratitude, and continue to go deeper as I count from one to five, either returning at the count of five or continuing with your meditation of gratitude. One, two, coming up slowly, three, four, and five, either continuing with the flow of gratitude in this meditation, or with your eyes opening and returning to your day. Take a deep breath in and welcome back.
