This ambient journey begins with a guitar. Then the synth bass is introduced. From this foundation, sparkling chimes invite us to open to the beauty we see around us. Enjoying this foundational scene, we are reminded that we are free to be vulnerable as well as strong and resilient. To reflect this, kind and peaceful voices are added. Finally, as an expression of appreciation for the beauty of our inner wisdom, the tambourine and cymbal are revealed.

All instruments are tuned to 432Hz, including the cymbal, which naturally resonates at 432Hz in one of its many harmonics.
