This 10-minute breathwork ritual is a nervous system reset for women who’ve been holding it all together for too long. You’ll be guided into calm through slow, rhythmic breathing and gentle awareness, awakening safety, softening tension, and restoring presence to your body. This isn’t performance. It’s permission to come home to yourself. 

Perfect for moments of overwhelm, transition, or when you just need a safe space to exhale.

The Healing Exhale

Hello my love and welcome. Take a moment to settle into where you are. Feel the surface beneath you supporting your body. Feel the air around you holding you. There is nothing to do and nowhere to be. Just this moment just for you. This is your invitation to soften, to breathe and to receive. For so long you have carried tension, responsibility and expectations and perhaps without even realising you have. Your body has been whispering to you, waiting for you to listen and today we will listen. Today you will remember what it feels like to feel at home in your body. So gently place one hand over your heart and the other over your lower belly. Feel your own warmth beneath your palms. Take a deep breath in through your nose, slowly filling your belly, your ribs and your chest and pause at the top and then exhale slowly and softly through your mouth, releasing anything you do not need. And again inhale, feeling your breath expand through your body, opening the space and exhale to let it all just go. All that tension you've been holding, let it go. And let's begin our 5-5 heart connective breath together. Inhaling for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, exhale 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Keep that cycle going. It should feel like a gentle wave, no holds, just a rhythmic cycle. And with each inhale imagine a golden light moving through your body now, bringing nourishment, ease and trust. And with each exhale imagine the heaviness and tension you've been holding melting away, flowing out of you like a river. Your body is softening, your breath is deepening, you are safe here. Now gently bring your fingertips to the space just above your collarbones. This is your lymphatic drainage point, the key to opening flow in your body. Softly tap or massage this area. And as you breathe, imagine energy moving freely, releasing anything stagnant within you. Now moving to your armpits, lightly press and release. This awakens a deep detox pathway in your body, allowing it to clear what it no longer needs. Stay here for a few moments, feeling your gentle touch and your gentle presence with intentions. Now place your hands over your lower belly. Soften your touch. This is where your body digests not only food my love, but your emotions, your memories and your energy. Breathe deeply into this space, feeling it expand and soften. I release every inhale and every exhale. I am safe to soften. As you now move your hands to place them over your womb and your pelvis. This is your centre of creation, power and deep wisdom. Hold yourself gently here as if comforting a younger version of yourself who has been waiting to be seen. Gently stroke or pulse this area. Allow your intuition to take over. As you bring your awareness now to the backs of your knees. These points help flush out what has been stored so your body can flow and move with ease. Pulse your skin behind your knees and imagine your entire body awakening to its own healing intelligence. Our legs are sorely neglected my love. Spend some time, massage and allow your presence to be felt. As we now take a deep breath in and sigh it out. You are safe to let go. I am safe to breathe. I am safe to receive. Now I invite you to bring your awareness to your entire body and how it's feeling. With your breath steady, your body is open, your energy is flowing. And now let's gently rewire the way your body receives healing. As you repeat silently or aloud after me. Placing your hands over your heart space now. Take a deep breath in. My body is not my enemy. It is my ally. I trust my body to heal in its own time, in its own way. I release all that no longer serves my highest healing. I am safe to breathe. I am safe to receive. My body is not my enemy. And with your awareness still on your heart space, feel its steady rhythm beneath your hands, holding you in this moment. As you take a final deep inhale, expanding, awakening and receiving. And as you exhale, let it all just go. You are not the same as when you began. Your body now remembers this feeling. And this is only the beginning, my love. This is just a taste.
