The Master Key Meditation

 This meditation is called the Master Key Magic Mantra. It is considered to be a master key to the cosmos, which opens the way forward when you are stuck, brings great intuition, and removes negativity. It is said that if the mantra is chanted five times, it can stop the mind and put it into reverse gear. It can take you beyond duality and establish the flow of the spirit. It's best to chant or meditate before you practice this mantra, so as to invoke the sacred and treat it with reverence. It has a power to amplify your words. So after you chant it, keep yourself elevated. Understand that you are part of the infinity and infinity is part of you. You will vibrate into the cosmos and the cosmos shall clear the path. This meditation may be practiced every day for 40 days for a powerful transformation. If time allows you to chant by opening with the own Namo, Guru Dev Namo chant, or to meditate in silence a few moments before, please do. If time only allows you to practice the mantra of this specific meditation, please do that as well. The mantra is Ek Onkar Sat Guru Pasad, Sat Guru Pasad Ek Onkar. The translation is God and we are one. I know this by the grace of the true guru. I know this by the grace of the true guru. God and we are one. Come into a straight upright position. Spine is straight. The hands are on the knees. With the mantra, the Ek Onkar is chanted at the navel point. Do the best you can. It is all about the experience. Always remember to chant it with the navel movement. Allow yourself to organically fall into that navel movement. On Ek Onkar, on the Ek On, the navel goes in and then on the Kar, the navel goes out. So again, on the Ek On, the navel goes in and on the Kar, the navel goes out. If it feels awkward at first, allow the sound to wash in you and over you. The power of intention is more important than trying to perfect the navel center. The Ek Onkar, there is always a little jerk. You may come to have that experience. Just go with it. The Ek Onkar is always at the navel, even if you just focus on the navel point. Most importantly is that you're taking the time to practice this. Chant the mantra in an unbroken rhythm. Watch your tongue. Lots of things will start to happen. So at the end of this practice, become aware of what it is that you are saying to yourself and to others. The manifestation is real. The power of intention is real. Have the experience. Take a deep inhale. Sigh out the exhale. Deep inhale again. The eyes may be rolled up and in to the third eye, the seat of intuition, or the eyes may be focused on the tip of the nose. Tap into what intuitively feels comfortable and right for you. As we begin this mantra together to create the master mantra, the magic, allow everything to become what your sweetheart desires. And the transformation begins now. All of the universe is a vibration of energy. We are either vibrating in harmony or disharmony with the universe. We vibrate frequency through our thoughts, words, actions, emotions, and feelings. What we put out to the universe, we receive back. Much like a boomerang. When life seems to be continually placing blocks along your path and nothing seems to be moving, it may be showing you that you are not vibrating in harmony with the universe. To vibrate with the universe is to vibrate the higher frequencies of love, compassion, and kindness. One of the best ways to be in the flow of the cosmos is through yoga, meditation, and chanting mantra. The sacred sounds that attune you to the universe.
