The Mirco Cosmic Orbit: Guided Meditation With Tibetan Bowls

 This guided meditation is an extended version of the microcosmic orbit used in Reiki. This visualization will cleanse, energize and balance the chakras, ground your energy and connect you to your higher self. So make yourself comfortable and we will begin. Focus your attention on the breath. As you breathe in, visualize a beautiful golden light coming in through your crown chakra, down into your sacral chakra, forming a golden ball of light. And with each breath you take, you are becoming more and more relaxed. As this beautiful golden light comes in through your body, building the energy in your sacral chakra. See this golden ball of light becoming brighter and stronger with each breath you take and feel how light your body is becoming as you release any tension on the out breath. Now visualize this golden ball of light about 6 inches in diameter. And we are going to roll it down the front of the body into your base chakra. See this golden light expanding into your base chakra, cleansing and healing, just melting away any tension with its warm golden energy. Now roll this golden ball of light up the back of the spine to the sacral chakra. Cleansing each vertebrae with its golden light as it rolls up the back of your spine to the sacral center. Visualize this warm golden light expanding, melting away any tension in your sacral. Now gently roll this golden ball of light up the back of the spine again, cleansing each vertebrae as you go with the light up to the solar plexus. Feel this beautiful golden light expand into your solar plexus, cleansing and healing with its warm gentle energy. Now gently roll this golden ball of light up to the heart center, cleansing each vertebrae as it comes up your back. Feel it expanding into the heart chakra, a soft golden healing energy, releasing any tension. And now gently roll this golden ball of light up to the back of the throat. Feel this golden energy with its warm healing light expanding into your throat chakra, cleansing and energizing. And now gently roll this golden ball of light up to the back of the head into the third eye center. And just feel this soft golden light coming into your head, cleansing away all your thoughts, energizing and healing the third eye center. And now we're going to bring this golden ball of light up to the crown chakra. And again just feel that beautiful golden energy coming down into your crown, just melting away into your head with its soft golden healing energy. And now we're going to bring this golden ball of light back down to the sacral center, down the front of the body. So roll this golden ball of light down into your third eye, into your throat chakra, your heart chakra, your solar plexus chakra, your sacral chakra and down into the base chakra. And now we're going to take this energy all the way down into the earth. So visualize from your base chakra a golden light coming down your legs, all the way down to your feet. And feel the earth beneath your feet. Feel how solid it is. Feel yourself supported. Mother Earth supports us in everything we do. And now feel that golden energy going right down into the core center of the earth. And right in the center of the earth is a fiery molten lava. And this fiery energy is what we're going to connect up to. Although it's a fire energy, it's very cool, but transmuting at the same time. We're connecting up this fiery energy, we're going to bring this back up from the earth through our feet, up the back of the legs to the base of the spine again. Feeling that connection to Mother Earth. Feeling grounded and supported. And we're going to bring that fiery energy up the back of the spine. From the base chakra, bring it up to the sacral chakra. The solar plexus chakra. Up to the heart chakra. The throat chakra. The third eye chakra. And back up to the crown chakra. Here that fiery energy meets the golden light coming down the front of the body, forming a circuit of yin and yang energy. So now we're going to take this golden light, which is in the crown chakra, connecting both the fiery energy and the golden energy up to our higher chakras. So visualize this golden light in your crown chakra going up to the eighth chakra, the ninth chakra, the tenth chakra, all the way up to your higher self. Visualizing your higher self as an image of yourself now. Cutting a golden light. And looking up to your higher chakras in your mind. See your higher self smiling down in your body. Make that connection with your higher self. Your I am presence. Acknowledging the oneness. Acknowledging your own divine presence. And from your divine self visualize the golden light shining down around your body. Forming like a tube of golden light around you. And this tube of golden light is always there. Always protecting you. Making you feel secure. Cleansing and healing. And balancing. So having made the connection with your higher self, your I am presence, bring your attention back down to your crown chakra. Moving this golden ball of light back down the front of the body to the sacral center. Feeling at one with yourself. Balanced, energized. And in total harmony. Thank you.
