The mystery of you is behind the corridors deep within us. Lurking behind the walls, waiting to be found. Aliveness isn't just operating out of survival. It's stopping to smell the freshness of your own scent. Feeling into your innate sensitivity. The field of fierceness that makes you, you. It's embracing rebirth and renewal. Mourning the superficial you that you once knew. The intimacy of this new connection. Getting to know it in a soft, heartfelt way. Your watchfulness is key to vitality. It feels special, yet spontaneous. Feel into your own aliveness. Take a moment to quiet your thoughts. With both index fingers, press lightly into the temples on your face. Notice your body unclench and relax ever so slightly, as you massage just above the cheekbones and below the forehead. Let your teeth separate as your jaw releases. Let the muscles in your stomach relax. Let the shoulders fall down from the ears. And take long, slow, deep breaths in and out the nose. With this new sense of ease, notice how you feel. When you feel a feeling at a physical level, try to go deeper within, until you recognize subtle movement at a glandular level.
