Trusting the flow of our life is the ability to believe in a benevolent and loving energy that flows into our lives, works on our behalf and serves to guide us to the deepest parts of our being despite any struggle or pain we are wrestling with. This poetic meditation is a journey back to remembering how powerful connecting to this force can be and that life doesn't have to be so hard when we allow ourselves to soften and trust.

Trusting The Flow Of Your Life

 Now. Come now into the peaceful embrace of your breath. Gently close your eyes and let each inhale and exhale relieve you of the need to hold on. With each breath, give yourself the freedom to let go and come into the safe embrace of your warm body. As you tune in and listen to the following words. From the moment you entered this life, you were gifted with a subtle beacon of divine guidance. Sitting in the softest parts of your being, carrying a map to the deepest parts of your soul. Despite the pain and struggles etched into your history, there lies this reprieve waiting for you to grasp it for assistance. To understand that life doesn't have to be so hard. What it asks from you is to not only trust that it can bring you back into the solace and peace that you seek, but that you first and foremost trust yourself. That you have faith in the strength and fortitude you carry in your bones and that no matter how far you fall, you will always find your way back home to yourself. It is in this acceptance of the self that the divine can more effortlessly guide you, show you how much power there is in not needing to try so hard and instead in believing that you are worthy of being held and guided through life in this peaceful way. Put at the shield an armor that forces you to carry the belief that ease is your enemy. It is time now to come back to the soft parts, sitting underneath the pain and sadness within you. And to let it speak to you, to let this gentle nudge of ease become a central guiding force in your life, so that the divine can more effortlessly guide you to where your soul is most at peace. There is power in surrendering to the parts within you that feel the most of letting the shell that has refrained you from breathing more freely into your heart fall away and create space for you to come back, to living from your soul. It is time to trust the flow of your life. Let the gentle nudge that subtly speaks to you from the deeper parts of your being be your eyes, ears, and heart. Trust by allowing yourself to live this way, that you will come into union with the solace, joy and peace you have been looking for. Amen.
