Today is about believing in the potency of our imagination. We are just a vessel, waiting for inspiration to whisper in our ears. The spiritual eye knows the truth in all things; It rules consciousness and intuition. By relaxing into the chakras and landing at the third eye, we'll tap into the areas within ourselves that block free flow of insight.  Those tidbits of wisdom that come easily for others, can come easier for you, too. It just involves trust and willingness to receive.

Trusting Your Own Intuitive Creativity

Take a deep breath in, and take a deep breath out. Gently seal the eyes closed. Today is about trusting intuitive creativity. We often hold the skewed perception that more equals better. While more often gets us noticed, it doesn't mean our value is any less potent when we produce within the limits of our own personal capacity. Each one of us harbors creative inspiration that is unique and that comes to us in its own divine timing. Being prolific doesn't mean being more productive. Our creative process can't be forced. It's best when it nudges gently. Breathe into your body. Notice any places of stiffness. Notice if your shoulders are sitting at the same height, and just relax into them a little deeper. And bring awareness to your heart, as this is often the center for our inspiration. Today we'll work into any frustrating creative blocks by relaxing into the chakras. Focus attention on your navel, around the sex organs, and the kidneys. Bring a warm light to this area within, and let it begin illuminating freely throughout your body. Imagine this ball of light moving its way up the chakras, going from the solar plexus to the heart chakra, to the throat chakra, and finally up to the third eye. Let this bright white light expand into your mind, filling you with inspiration that you've never known. Fixate on this expanse of energy, and let it flow through you. Repeat the following affirmations to yourself. I am a creative force. My emotions flow freely. I live a passionate life. I let my inner child play. My creations are a work of art. I am a creative force. My emotions flow freely. I live a passionate life. I let my inner child play. My creations are a work of art. Let that absorb through every fiber of your being. Consider these affirmations and others that come to mind as you simultaneously release wounded emotions, secrets, or hidden fears. Imagine that a magnet is pulling these blockages away from you, trapping them and releasing them away from sight. They've gone so far that you can barely see them now, like a sailboat off to sea in the distance. Notice this new lightness in your chest. Ruminate on this magnetic cleanse. Visualize again this movement from the base of your spine that's gone up through your third eye center and is moving now through the crown of your head. Gently tilt your chin down to allow this energetic release to rise and flow out. Slowly begin to move your fingers and toes. Draw the hips from side to side. And when you're ready, slowly open your eyes. Your creative truth is worth sharing. Look for sensory recognition and creative expression in all you do this week. Go in peace.
