Sens comme cette lumière verte brille quand tu inspires de l'air dans tes poumons et comme elle grandit et rayonne dans tout ton corps quand tu expires. Une magnifique lumière verte qui voyage vers ton visage, inspire, elle vibre dans ta poitrine. Expire, elle remplit tes bras, ton ventre, tes jambes, tes pieds. Incroyable comme tu es baigné de vert. Cela me rappelle le vert des feuilles dans la forêt au printemps. Imagine-toi marchant dans cette forêt. Imagine ces arbres qui traversent les saisons. Vert au printemps et en été. Orange et vert à l'automne. Blanc en hiver. Il y a aussi des arbres qui gardent leur beau feuillage vert tout au long de l'année, comme les sapins. Parmi ces arbres, tu rencontres ton arbre à toi. Comment est-il ? Grand ? Petit ? Quelle couleur est-il ? Passe ta main sur son trou. Est-il doux ? Rugueux ? Quelle odeur a-t-il ? Maintenant, tu vois ton arbre se balancer avec le vent. Il est lourd de gouttes de pluie. Il grandit vers le soleil. Tu vois, le temps change, mais ton arbre reste là, bien enrociné dans la terre, fièrement.
