Today in my newsletter I wrote that I notice how slowly the days are getting shorter again, that it is getting dark earlier and that it is already darker in the morning when I wake up, and that for me it is always associated with a bit of heavy mood or melancholy or also resistance because I just really like the brightness and the light of the summer months. And how you can deal with such resistance in everyday life, if you notice it, in a good way, I want to show you a little exercise today, a meditation instruction, exactly, and this exercise that I am showing you today is called getting softer to allow worries and is a variation of the exercise from the MSC program, the eight-week one by Christine F. and Chris Germer. If you feel like that right now and that's what you need, then I invite you to find a position that is comfortable for you right now, that makes it easier for you to get there in this moment. And please also see if you are open to it right now or if you may also feel such strong resistance or strong feelings in you that you have the impression that they could overwhelm you, then do something else to take care of yourself. Hallo, hier ist Sibylle von Gesund Meditieren. Ich habe heute in meinem Newsletter davon geschrieben, dass ich merke, wie langsam die Tage wieder kürzer werden, also es früher dunkel wird und auch morgens, wenn ich aufwache, schon dunkler ist und dass es für mich immer mit so ein bisschen Schwermut oder Wehmut verbunden ist oder auch Widerstand, wenn ich die Helligkeit und das Licht der Sommermonate einfach sehr gerne mag. Und wie man im Alltag mit solchen Widerständen, wenn du das merkst, umgehen kann auf eine gute Art und Weise, dazu will ich dir heute eine kleine Übung zeigen, eine Meditation anleiten. Und diese Übung, die ich dir heute zeige, heißt Weicher werden, um Sorgen zulassen. Das ist eine Abwandlung der Übung aus dem MSC-Programm, dem achtwöchigen von Christine F. und Chris Germer. Wenn du dich gerade danach fühlst und es das ist, was du brauchst, dann lade ich dich ein, dir eine Position zu suchen, die jetzt gerade für dich in diesem Moment angenehm ist, die es dir erleichtert, bei dir in diesem Moment anzukommen. Und bitte schau auch, ob du gerade offen dafür bist oder ob du vielleicht auch so starke Widerstande spürst oder starke Gefühle gerade in dir hast, dass du den Eindruck hast, die könnten dich vielleicht überwältigen, dann mach lieber was anderes, um für dich zu sorgen. Und wenn du aber den Eindruck hast, dass dir das jetzt gerade gut tun könnte, dich dir freundlich zuzuwenden, dann lade ich dich dazu ein, dich in deiner Haltung einzufinden und deine Augen zu schließen oder auch leicht geöffnet zu halten, je nachdem, was für dich im Moment gerade angenehmer ist. Und jederzeit, falls du während der Meditation irgendwann merken solltest, dass es doch nicht das Richtige für dich ist oder dass dich doch irgendwie Gefühle zu überwältigen drohen, dann sorg bitte für dich. Öffne deine Augen, spür den Boden unter dir und mach etwas, was dir gut tut. Und dann lade ich dich ein, zu Beginn noch einmal drei tiefe Atemzüge zu nehmen, bis tief hinunter in deinen Bauch. Und mit der Ausatmung unnötige Anspannung in deinem Körper loszulassen, deine Schultern bewusst sinken zu lassen, dein Gesicht weich werden zu lassen. Mit jeder Ausatmung ein bisschen mehr zu entspannen. So gut, wie es für dich in diesem Moment möglich ist. Ohne Anstrengung. Es gibt gerade nichts zu tun und auch nichts zu leisten. Dieser Moment ist einfach für dich und du darfst so sein, wie du bist. Und alles darf so sein, wie es gerade ist. Und sei es auch nur für diesen einen Moment. Und vielleicht magst du auch noch mal den Boden unter dir spüren, die Unterlage, auf der du sitzt oder liegst, vielleicht sogar auch stehst. Spüren, wie sich dieser Kontakt zum Boden, zur Unterlage anfühlt. Und vielleicht magst du auch spüren, wie du dich getragen und gehalten fühlst. So, dass du es dir auch erlauben kannst, dein Gewicht so gut, wie es geht gerade abzugeben, loszulassen. Und dann lade ich dich einmal ein, deinen Körper hinein zu spüren. Sich mit Freundlichkeit und Wohlwollen deinem Körper zuzuwenden. Und neugierig zu erkunden, wie sich dein Körper jetzt gerade in diesem Moment anfühlt. Wo kannst du vielleicht gerade kribbeln oder pochen spüren oder vielleicht auch Anspannungen. Wo fühlst du dich vielleicht auch ganz entspannt. Und schau, was in deinem Gewahrsein kommt. Und du wirst merken, wie zwischendurch deine Gedanken auch immer wieder abwandern, was völlig normal ist, wenn wir in Ruhe kommen. Und vielleicht hilft es dir, wenn du ein Bild zu Hilfe nimmst, um deine Gedanken freundlich, Wohlwollen wieder zurückzuholen, wie von einem kleinen Baby, das weggekrabbelt ist. Oder von einer Welpe, die weggelaufen ist. Mit dem gleichen sanften, liebevollen Gefühl, wie du dieses Baby oder diese Welpe aufheben würdest, auch deine Gedanken einzusammeln, wieder zurückzubringen. Gegebenenfalls immer wieder. Und vielleicht magst du nochmal an den Widerstand denken, von dem wir, von dem ich vorher gesprochen habe. Oder vielleicht hast du auch schon eine Stelle in deinem Körper entdeckt, die sich nicht so anfühlt, wie du es gerne hättest, wo du ein Unbehagen verspüren kannst. Und wenn es für dich gerade okay ist, dann lade ich dich ein, dich diesem Unbehagen, diesem körperlichen Mitfreundlichkeit und Wohlwollen zuzuwenden. Hineinzuspüren, wie sich das genau an dieser Stelle anfühlt, wenn das für dich möglich ist. Und dir vielleicht vorstellen, wie du deinen Körper ganz an den Rändern dieses Unbehagens ein bisschen, ein ganz kleines bisschen weicher werden lässt. Ganz klein bisschen die Spitze dieses Unbehagens nimmst. Du kannst dir dabei auch entweder laut oder auch innerlich sagen, weicher werden. Weicher werden. Weicher werden. Weicher werden. Allein diese freundliche, wohlwollende Absicht, die zählt. Und wenn du magst und es sich für dich immer noch okay anfühlt, kannst du dir jetzt vorstellen, wie du diese Stelle des Unbehagens deines Körpers umsorgst. Vielleicht magst du eine Hand darauf legen, oder dir auch vorstellen, wie du das tust, oder eine Wärmflasche oder ein Kühlpack, eine stützende Bandage, was auch immer an dieser Stelle helfen könnte, deinen Körper zu umsorgen. Diese Stelle, an der du das Unbehagen spürst, zum Sorgen. Die wohltuende Wärme oder Kälte spüren, dir vorstellen. Und auch hier kannst du, wenn du magst und es sich für dich gut anfühlt, diese Absicht, dich zu umsorgen, diese Stelle zu umsorgen, auch mit dem Wort zum Ausdruck bringen. Entweder laut oder auch in Gedanken gesprochen. Umsorgen Mit derselben Haltung, mit der du vielleicht ein krankes Tier oder einen geliebten Mensch umsorgen würdest, der mit einem Infekt im Bett liegt, genauso auch dich und dieses Unwohlsein in deinem Körper zu umsorgen, gerade weil es da ist. Und wenn du magst, dann lade ich dich in einem weiteren Schritt dazu ein, dieses Unbehagen, das da gerade noch ist, zuzulassen. Das für den Moment gerade so sein zu lassen. Und das auch nur für diesen Moment. Und auch hier kannst du wieder deine Worte zur Hilfe nehmen. Zulassen Zulassen Zulassen Zulassen Zulassen Und wenn du magst, kannst du diese drei Schritte auch miteinander kombinieren. Diese Worte und die Vorstellung dieser Schritte hintereinander folgen lassen. In dieser Abfolge dich einzuladen, weicher zu werden, zu umsorgen, zuzulassen, weicher werden, umsorgen, zulassen, weicher werden, umsorgen, zulassen. Und dann spüre noch einen Augenblick nach, wie du dich jetzt nach dieser Übung fühlst, wie sich dein Körper anfühlt. Und versuche, alles so sein zu lassen, wie es jetzt gerade in diesem Moment ist. Wohlwollend mit dir zu sein. Das ist auch nur für diesen einen Moment. Und dann weite deine Aufmerksamkeit ganz langsam wieder aus. Nimm auch den Raum um dich herum wahr. Spüre nochmal deine Unterlage. Und dann fange gerne an, dich ein bisschen zu bewegen, wie es dir gut tut, ein bisschen zu recken, zu strecken. Deine Hand- und Fußgelenke vielleicht ein bisschen kreisen zu lassen oder auch deine Schultern. Vielleicht magst du dich auch ein bisschen schütteln. Alles, was dir gut tut, um wieder hier, um jetzt anzukommen. Wenn du magst und dir diese Übung gut getan hat, dann kannst du sie natürlich auch in einem viel kleineren Umfang in deinen Alltag integrieren, wenn du merkst, dass du irgendwo Widerspannstand spürst oder etwas Unangenehmes wahrnimmst. Deinen Körper hinein zu spüren und mit diesem Dreischritt weicher werden, um Sorgen zulassen. Einen kleinen Moment des Wohlwollens, der Selbstfürsorge schenken, gerade weil es sich vielleicht gerade nicht so gut anfühlt, wie du das gerne hättest.
