White Light Healing Meditation

 To prepare for this meditation, allow your body to settle and place yourself in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and bring your awareness from the external to the internal. Begin by taking a couple of deeper than normal breaths, breathing right down into your belly. Now allow your breath to settle into its own natural rhythm and pace, letting yourself relax into the gentle rhythm of your breath. This is your time for you, a moment to relax deeply. So give yourself permission to let go and relax into this moment here and now. Become aware of the environment around you, noticing where you are and what objects and surfaces and things are around you. Being aware of where you are and what is happening around you right now. Start to imagine that your surroundings within your environment begin to shimmer with light. It's as though whatever is around you has been turned on and up. So the surface of all things around you glow, softly at first like the warm light of a candle. Then the glow becomes brighter and stronger. So everything glitters more intensely, powerfully. The light becomes more and more radiant, brighter and brighter. So that everything around you is now covered by a blanket of pearly white, iridescent light. This glowing, radiant white light holds the highest vibration of unconditional love in the universe. Anything it touches will receive deep healing, love and acceptance. Feel the tranquility of being surrounded by this amazing light. The peace, calm and serenity. The white light is an intelligent energy. It is conscious, aware and it knows exactly what you need in this moment. And with your permission and acceptance, it can give you exactly what you need right now. Watch now as your clothes and skin also begin to be covered by the white pearly light. As you look down on your body, you feel it shimmering and glittering with a white radiance. You feel yourself being wrapped up and embraced by the white light. And you sense your body beginning to absorb the healing energy. Breathe in the healing white light. Accept it into your being right now. Take a couple of deeper than normal breaths and feel the light starting to move and flow through you. The healing energy starts to move in and around your face. Flowing around and across your scalp, forehead. Soothing, calming, clearing any tension, pressure or pain you might be holding in your head. The white light travels into your mind moving and flowing. Washing away any obsessive or toxic thoughts, any worry or stress. Feel the white light gracefully balancing your mind. Bring the white light down into your throat and neck area. Allow it to ease, soothe and open. Feel its energetic stream of goodness now cascade across your shoulders. It flows down your arms and is absorbed by your elbows. Your wrists. Feel the white light moving through your hands, palms, fingers and thumbs. The white light now fills up your chest, your lungs. You feel your heart absorbing what it needs, softening and opening. The white light continues to flow through your body. Now moving across and down the length of your back, down your spine. Its energy gently sweeping and massaging the muscles and your inner organs. It washes, cleanses and heals you from the inside out. Your body soaking up and getting exactly what it needs. Feel as the white light moves all the way down to the base of your spine. Flowing and swirling through your hips, stomach, glutes and sacral area. Your body becomes more and more relaxed as the white light continues its journey. Watch the white light now travelling down your legs. Allow your knees to absorb it. Your ankles. Your feet. The white light and its healing vibration allows you to release and let go of all that no longer serves you. Allowing you to be filled up with exactly what you need at this time. Whatever else you need in this moment from the white light, allow it to flow to you. Nothing for you to do or fix. Just simply allow and accept. Receive. Being present in this moment, merging with the white light. Surrendering, feeling safe and secure. As the white light transforms and transmutes all that no longer serves you and then gives you exactly what you need right now. It's as though you've transformed. Into a beautiful ball of white light energy. You shine out like a star. Luminous. Powerful. Beaming your rays of love and light out into the world around you. You shine out like a star. Luminous.
