Why Life Can Feel Heavy And How To Use It

Take a deep breath in, deep, deep breath, into your nose, and exhale through your mouth, and just relax. Hi, you are so welcome here. This is a recording after a live session we did together on the topic of why life can feel heavy, what that really means, and how to use it. My name is Eve, Eveleen in Dutch, and if you feel resonance, you are so very welcome to follow me. I share meditations, courses, and live sessions, focusing only on remembering your true divine essence, and connecting ourselves back to Source. Everything that flows through me is about one shift, moving from a purely human perspective into a divine perspective, and allowing those two to come into alignment. Because, when we remember who we really are, and bring that frequency into our human experience, something changes. In the way we think, in the way we feel, perceive, and live our human life. I experience myself again and again and again, how the connection to Source changes the way my life unfolds. And I truly believe that living from this perspective is our birthright. And yes, being human comes with contrast, and that can be quite challenging, I know. But I also feel that our potential is unlocking, and that we are learning to create and experience life from a new, a completely new level of awareness. So today it's all about our human life, it can feel so heavy, especially when you are stuck into it. Stuck into the lower frequencies, but, or better, and, we can also use it. So let's explore that today. As always, let's start with a grounding practice to arrive really here in this space. And then let's dive into a talk, and then, as always, we have the experiential part. A meditation where we will really shift the energy. You are so welcome, and I'm so very glad you are here. So please, if it's possible for you, close your eyes for a moment, and start by taking a deep breath in. Deep, deep breath, into your nose. And exhale through your mouth. And just relax. Take another deep breath in. Deep, deep breath, in through your nose. And as you exhale, relax your eyes. Relax your face. Soften your eyes. And again, take another deep breath in. In through your nose. And as you exhale through your mouth, relax all the tiny muscles in and around your eyes. Let your eyes almost float in their sockets. And just notice how all the muscles in your face just begin to relax. Your eyebrows loosen. Your cheeks soften. Your jaw releases. It is as if your whole face becomes rounder, softer, like the mask can fall off. Just relax. You are safe. And again, take a deep breath in. Deep, deep breath. And as you exhale, just imagine that inside your face, while the outside remains the same, the inside begins to smile. The corners of your mouth gently move towards your ears. And now listen. What sounds do you hear around you? Can you hear the silence between the sounds? Or beneath the sound? Can you feel the silence? Now bring that silence from the centre of your head down through your throat and neck, into your chest, into your heart centre. Breathe through your heart. Think of something or someone you love. See if you can connect with them. See them before you, and notice how you send love to them, and how it returns to you. It can be anyone. A loved one, a pet. Even someone who has passed on and whom you love deeply. Nothing is ever truly far away. Feel your heart opening. Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale, bring this stillness and this love further down into your lower belly. Breathe into your lower belly. And as you exhale, feel how your body relaxes. This breathing in your lower belly tells your body and your nervous system it is safe to relax. And now in your lower belly, your gentle power awakes. It's a gentle pulse, a strength, soft yet very powerful. Take one more deep breath. And as you exhale, let all the tension go. Ask to feel very relaxed, yet very clear. And as you exhale, bring your focus to your heart center. And now, as you've just arrived more fully in your body, ask yourself the question and let it come up from your subconscious. Let it bubble up. Don't think, just see what comes up for you. Where in your life does heaviness want to be seen right now? And maybe you can just notice where you feel this weight, pressure or contraction in your body. And maybe a thought comes up or a visual. Or it's just the feeling or an emotion. It's all in formation. So that's beautiful. Whatever shows itself, it is so welcome. And just let it be. In the meditation, we will work with it and shift the energy. For now, please lean back and let the words of the talk come over you. Why life feels heavy and what that really means. For many people, life feels like something to get through. And even when things seem stable on the surface, there can be and mostly is such a constant undercurrent of effort, of fear, worry, tension and concern. In the Matrix, maybe you know the movie, there is this scene where Morpheus holds up a battery and says that humans are one of these, a source of energy. And honestly, that image isn't that far off when you zoom out. There was this guy and I forgot his name, but he was kind of a researcher and was able to project his consciousness into the astro-realm. And then he saw that the lower vibrational thoughts and emotions humans emit are used as fuel for the beings in that dimension. And it were really only the lower vibrational frequencies as fear, guilt, shame, stress. And he started to call it Lush. When I zoom out energetically, I see this planet, planet Earth, like pulsating this energy. Like there is this blanket, this dense blanket of energy around it, as if fear is constantly being generated and recycled. There is almost always, maybe always, this undercurrent. This is not how this planet originally was. Earth once lived in direct connection with Source, with pure, unconditional love. That frequency is so high that lower vibrational states simply cannot exist within it. But something happened. Around 200,000 years ago, beings who were overseeing this planetary consciousness decided to intervene. You must know that humanity is quite a very young species in consciousness terms, seen from the universe. And growth was slow. Too slow. So an experiment was introduced. Something was altered in the Earth grid. And the Earth grid, you must know, is the energetic and informational structure the brain, so to speak, of the Earth that holds the entire collective consciousness of the planet. And our human brains are the holographic replicas of that grid. It's all a hologram. So when you change something up there in the collective brain, you change it also in here, in all the human brains. And the structure shifted from hexagonal, which is a geometric structure that is infinite, open, connected to everything, to the entire universe, to Source. And it was changed into a pentagonal shape. And it seems like just such a tiny, tiny thing to change. But the impact was massive. Because the entire structure shifted from infinite and open to finite and closed. And that matters quite a lot. Yeah, hexagonal structures allow infinite flow. Pentagonal structures close the system. It's like a kind of a lid went on the box. And there we were. The beings that were incarnated at that time, probably we also, got stuck in this prison planet. Because the planet became energetically cut off from the infinite Source field, the frequency dropped. And in that state, the connection to Source could no longer be felt directly. And from that moment on, this reality needed a different kind of fuel to sustain itself. Fear. Blocks formed in the collective field and also in every human brain and nervous system. So if you ever wonder where all the confusion, violence, self-hatred, and disconnection come from, this is it. It is a frequency. We really began to believe we were separate, abandoned, and left alone. And that were not just thoughts or beliefs, they are information, energy, and frequency. All those thoughts that we have had ourselves, I'm not enough, I'm not good enough, I'm alone, they get stored in the body, in the cells in the nervous system. And they pull the system out of its natural state of balance. And of course, that's where this ease, imbalance, pain, and exhaustion arise. Begins very early. I guess you could almost draw kind of a timeline of a human life based on the moments where the beliefs were formed. A baby already senses, even in the womb, my mom is not available, I must not be good enough. That belief gets stored in the heart, in the cells, in the DNA. And then life starts to reflect it back. For example, you go to school, you get bullied, you experience rejection. And so the story builds itself up, simply through frequency matching frequency. The information is there. Every experience you have later on in life is to show you that you have this belief system that was instilled in those first years, and it was instilled even before that. And it is instilled in the collective brain. And the moment we stop asking, why is this happening to me? And instead ask, why do I, as I in my larger self, my divine self, my higher consciousness, create this? Everything changes. Because every experience is here to lead you back to the root. And when you reach that root cause, and you dissolve the belief there, everything attached to it, all the other experiences you build upon it throughout your life, also dissolve. To be honest, I experienced this again, very recently. As in, yesterday. I had a conversation with a lawyer. It's, well, pretty intense situation. It's okay. But I attracted this situation, I created it, in order to resolve blocks within me. She asked me something, and suddenly my body completely froze. An old shock came up. I knew immediately this is not about now. This is old. Later, while I was walking, I asked my higher consciousness, what is this showing me? And then I got an image. I saw myself as a young girl, overwhelmed by shame, by guilt. And I felt that in my body it was the exact same frequency. It is not comfortable to feel that frequency, and we so want to push it away. But, if we use it, and we can transform it, then something else happens. And here's the truth. You came for this. Because of this holographic nature of this reality, when I transform fear into compassion within myself, it shifts not only in my own nervous system, it shifts in the collective field as well. And if this information resonates with you, you attract this life session, this information, then you also carry your piece of the puzzle. We all do, of course, but then you want to do it more consciously, work with this collective consciousness. That is where we came for. And when I use my body and my brain to transform a part of that shame, guilt and fear through this experience, then this is my contribution to the shift of the frequency of the planet and the collective consciousness. And our emotional system is our guidance system. Without these lower frequencies, without this fear, this anxiety, this worry, we would never look, we would never turn inward, right? And just trust that every time you release something, out of every experience you have, you bring in more of the higher frequencies. And we contribute to the expansion of the collective consciousness. So, what if, what if heaviness is not something to fight with, but something to listen to? What if it is a signal that perception is ready to shift? And what if, if that's your contribution to yourself and to the collective consciousness? By bringing more Source energy into your body, into this reality, you bring it into the collective. And this is what the unfolding of the new Earth is about for me. A new brain, a new grit, a new consciousness and the restoration of the connection with Source. The good news, since 2012 there is this new brain of the Earth, the new Earth grit. And the more we connect to that frequency, it's all about frequency, the stronger we make it. We have free will, we can choose it, we can choose to connect to that energy, to that frequency. And the more we do it, the more we strengthen this energy, this frequency, this brain within ourselves and in the collective. And from that, others can choose it too. And you know, as this new brain gets stronger and stronger, the truth frequencies rise. And everything misaligned comes to the surface. It comes to the surface within us and in the outer world. The outer world, simply a reflection of our own state of being. It was already there, all these lower frequencies have been here, built up in those 200,000 years. Can you imagine, all those millions and billions of people, having these low frequency thoughts and it's all adding up for 200,000 years? It's quite something, but apparently we can hold it, we are capable, we are here for a reason in this time. So don't be afraid, don't doubt yourself. There is a whole divine order working with us and you are here in your human form, to contribute, to take your part. So when something comes up, it's simply asking to be released. Ask your higher consciousness, listen to your heart and release one layer at a time. And then you become clearer and clearer and clearer within yourself. And it goes easier and easier. Yeah, it becomes a space that you can truly, truly inhabit with trust, presence and inner freedom. That is what this is all about. So, let's bring in more of these energies now, together, in this meditation. So if you want to join me, please do, together we create a powerful energy. So please start with me, by taking a deep, deep breath in. Deep, deep breath in to your nose. And exhale through your mouth. And just relax. And again, take a deep breath in. Deep, deep breath in through the nose. And as you exhale through your mouth. Relax your thoughts. Relax your mind. Just relax. And at your own pace, take a deep breath in. And as you exhale, just let go of the tension, of the physical fatigue. Ask to feel alert, focused and clear. And again, take a deep breath in. Deep breath. And as you exhale, quiet your mind some more. No thoughts. Quiet your thoughts. And one last time. Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale, focus on your heart center. And say, from there. I ask and intend to create a new energy. To create a sacred space. I ask and intend to keep away the distracting thoughts, distracting energies, distracting information. I ask that my spirit family from Source, to please be present with me now. And help me create and maintain this sacred space. My intent today is to align my energy with the energy and frequency of Source. And I ask to release those vibrations that no longer serve me. I ask to fully awaken my divine blueprint. And I ask that my spirit self and my creator will help me with this work today. And so it is. Take a deep breath in. And as I exhale, I imagine, I visualize or I simply intend a ball of light above me. This light is purple and silver with a hint of pink. I imagine that this is a frequency of Source, pure and clean energy. That supports my awakening. And I slowly bring this light through the ceiling, through the top of my head. And I imagine every cell in my skull, in my brain, opening up slowly, slowly. And allowing this pure, clean vibration, this purple, silver and pink light to come through. And to cleanse my cells on a deep, deep cellular level. This energy cleanses the misaligned frequencies and the belief systems that no longer serve me. I just imagine every cell opening up and just letting go of these old beliefs. And absorbing this new frequency of light, purple, silver and pink. Every cell in my brain and in my head is now being reconfigured with this new light. Allowing me to awaken even more my divine blueprint. Take a deep breath in. And as I exhale, I bring this light down. From my head through my neck, my throat. My shoulders, my arms, my hands. My upper back and chest. My lower back and stomach. I bring it down through my thighs, my knees, all the way to my ankles and my feet. And I let it come out through the bottom of my feet, anchoring me down all the way into the earth. Take a deep breath in. And as I exhale, I now imagine another ball of light below my feet. This ball of light is red, green and blue. These colors are very rich, powerful. And this energy, this light, revitalizes my cells chemically, electrically. And nourishes them on a deep, deep level. And so I bring up this red, green and blue light. Through the bottom of my feet, through my ankles. Bring it up through my calves, my shins. Slowly, slowly. This light is nourishing every cell. Fortifying the chemical balance in every cell. In my knees, in my thighs. I imagine every muscle, every ligament. Every tissue in my thighs absorbing this deep and rich green, blue and red light. Re-establishing the perfect chemical and electrical balance. And I bring it up through my hips, my lower back, my stomach. And I hold it in my stomach for a moment. Focusing on the deep green, red and blue light. And again with the intent of nourishing the cells. Re-establishing the perfect balance. And supporting my divine blueprint. And now I bring that light up slowly through my stomach, my upper back, my chest. My arms, my shoulders, my neck, my head. And I let it come out through the top of my head. Connecting me all the way back to Source. Take a deep breath in. And as I exhale, I bring my focus back to my heart center. And I allow my cells to continue to be reconfigured. I imagine a bright, bright white silver light filling my heart center. Coming out of my heart. And I ask that this bright white and silver light continues to cleanse and purify every cell in my physical body. To allow the perfect chemical balance, the electrical balance in every atom, every cell, every organ, every system in my body now. And I now imagine that my entire body is pure, pure white light. That I am only light. And from my heart center is even a brighter light shining through. Silverish white light. I imagine that I am this light. This is my divine blueprint. Pure light. This is my divine DNA. And while I stay in this energy, I say quietly from my heart. I now ask and intend. I ask and truly intend and truly choose to now let go of my human, ego-based, fear-based beliefs and programming. From every cell of my being and consciousness. I am now ready to fully awaken my divine DNA in human form. And I choose to do so in a safe and comfortable way. And I notice that there is a silver and white light around me. And there are tiny, tiny little specks of light. Tiny little fibers that are silver and they are floating around me. And I simply intend, visualize, imagine that these little particles of light, silver light, are now being absorbed in my skin and through my bloodstream. Going to every tiny cell in my body. Making me stronger. Making me clearer and more powerful. Yet also more loving, more aligned, more accepting of unconditional love for myself and others. I feel these particles in me. Empowering me. Softening me. Take a deep breath in. And as I exhale, I stay in this energy for a few more seconds. I am now fully connected and aligned with my divine blueprint. I ask to be this energy now. To live it on a deep, deep cellular level. I now ask to experience it even more, to manifest it, to work with it. To allow it to be in this human form and to transcend the human limitation and allow me to create my reality with utmost integrity and alignment with Creator. I now choose to create a new reality. Filled with joy, filled with light, truth, wisdom, love and happiness. This is what I choose. This is what I now intend. And it is so. I trust it to be so. And so it is. Take a deep breath in. And as I exhale, I bring my focus back to my heart. And I take my time. And whenever I am ready, I open my eyes.
