Why You Must Action Your Inner Work Insights

Hi, my name's Kristen Ross, and today I want to talk to you about unlocking the power of action in your inner work journey. So we know that doing the inner work through your meditation, yoga practice, or other inner work practices is a journey of self-discovery. It's a journey of healing, and it's a journey that allows you to peel back layers to connect with your true self. Your inner work can guide you to uncover deep insights about yourself, about your dreams, and about your potential. And these insights are so incredibly invaluable. They are potentially life-changing, but the real transformation does not happen until you take those revelations and you physicalize them and you make them your manifest reality. And you allow doing that, the outer world, to respond to your inner changes. Your actions allow for the inner and outer to meet and help for you to move towards manifesting the goals that you have that come out of your inner work. So your inner work, it reveals your goals. It reveals what it is that you genuinely desire and what your aspirations are. So knowing what you want is the beginning of making it happen, but to manifest those insights and dreams into your reality, we have to take deliberate steps towards them. And this helps to bridge and amplify where you are at consciously with how the outer world responds to your vibration. When you action your inner work, your inner work insights, it's going to create lasting change for you. It's going to help to shift your perspective, to help you to heal your old wounds and to ignite new passions. But if you don't action your inner work, these insights, they can remain untapped potential. If you hold those insights in, what the danger is, is that they slip back into the unconscious. When we practice, what we're doing is we're making them tangible, sustainable, and visible. So consistent practice is the key to opening up to your higher self on a deeper level. When you action your inner work, you are empowering yourself. Your practice, your actions help you to feel more empowered and more confident, driving you towards continued growth. And it helps you to find alignment and balance between your internal world and your external reality. And this alignment is going to enhance your wellbeing, helping you to feel more centered and grounded and at peace and helping you to live more authentically and true to who you really are. So how do you start to action the insights you receive through your inner work? And the first step to this is to begin with reflection. So looking at your journals, looking at what's come up for you in your meditations or your yoga practice. And this is why it's always a good idea to keep a record of those insights as they've come up. Once you've worked through your practice, whatever's kind of lingering in your consciousness, whatever has come into consciousness to be transformed through the light of consciousness. If we write that down, then we have space to reflect on those insights. And then we ask ourselves, what actions can we take to honor the insights that we've experienced? And these actions can take the form of symbolic ritual by putting a change into practice, establishing a new routine, having a conversation with the people or the institutions that are involved in those insights. It can be as simple as that. The key is about not trying to make huge change at once by taking big actions all at once. That's not necessary. The key is to take those consistent and intentional steps, just as you do with your inner work practice, doing that with your actions as well. Every step that you take is a part of your journey towards moving towards your highest potential. And as you continue to act on this inner guidance, you're going to start to be able to create that life that you genuinely love.
