When parents separate, teenagers are often left holding more than anyone realises — the divided loyalties, the changed family home, the quiet worry about the future, and the exhausting work of holding it all together. This practice was created for that experience.
This Yoga Nidra gently guides you through deep breathing, a body scan, and a carefully held visualisation designed to help you release what you've been carrying and reconnect with your own inner resilience, not to fix the situation but to remind you of the strength that is already there, even when it's hard to feel.
No prior meditation experience is needed. All that is required is a comfortable place to lie down.
This practice is ideal for:
- Teenagers whose parents are separating or have separated
- Young people seeking to build resilience and inner steadiness during family change
- Parents, school counsellors, and therapists looking for a supportive tool to share
