 Bienvenue à vous pour ce nouveau voyage intérieur. Je vous invite aujourd'hui à pratiquer yoga nidra. Yoga nidra c'est une relaxation profonde, c'est le yoga du sommeil. Prenez le temps d'installer votre corps en position allongée dans la posture de shavasana. Les pieds tombent un petit peu vers l'extérieur, les bras sont bien le long du corps, les pommes tournent vers le ciel. Assurez-vous que la posture, que vos vêtements, que votre plaide, que votre couverture vous permettent d'être à l'aise pour profiter totalement de yoga nidra. Dans yoga nidra, il est essentiel de ne pas bouger, de rester dans une immobilité profonde. Vous pouvez, si ce n'est pas déjà fait, maintenant fermer les paupières et ressentir et écouter ce qu'il se passe dans votre monde intérieur. Pendant yoga nidra, vous êtes dans un état de conscience entre la veille et le sommeil. L'essentiel est de rester éveillé et d'être à l'écoute du voyage et de la proposition. Alors vous pouvez maintenant vous répéter mentalement, je vais rester éveillé, je ne vais pas m'endormir, je vais rester éveillé, je ne vais pas m'endormir. Et puis vous allez pouvoir prendre une profonde inspiration, retenir l'air et expirer longuement par la bouche, comme pour évacuer le négatif, les tensions, le stress. Relâchez bien toutes les tensions au niveau du dos, vertèbres après vertèbres, muscles après muscles, comme si la colonne vertébrale pouvait s'étirer, s'allonger encore plus pendant quelques instants. Et puis la détente s'installe dans vos deux bras jusqu'au bout des mains, tout le devant de votre corps, les deux jambes ensemble, les cuisses, les mollets, les chevilles, jusqu'au bout des pieds. Tout votre corps est maintenant agréablement détendu et vous pouvez percevoir et imaginer votre corps étendu sur le sol. Prenez conscience de votre corps physique étendu sur le sol, pleine conscience de votre corps allongé parfaitement immobile sur le sol. Votre corps repose maintenant totalement sur le sol. Prenez maintenant conscience des points de contact entre votre corps et le sol. Et puis prenez conscience maintenant de votre respiration, prenez conscience de votre souffle naturel et restez à l'écoute des mots du voyage de yoga nidra tout en étant pleinement conscient, consciente que vous respirez. Le yoga nidra commence maintenant. Répétez mentalement je vais pratiquer yoga nidra, je vais rester éveillé, je vais pratiquer yoga nidra, je vais rester éveillé. C'est le moment maintenant de prononcer votre sankalpa. Un sankalpa simple. Formulez maintenant en toute conscience votre sankalpa à l'intérieur de vous en le prononçant mentalement trois fois et en essayant de le vivre pleinement. Passons maintenant à la rotation de la conscience. Aussi rapidement que possible vous laissez votre conscience voyager dans votre corps d'un point à un autre en répétant mentalement le nom de la partie de votre corps en même temps que vous en prenez totalement conscience. Nous commençons comme d'habitude par le côté droit. Prenez conscience du pouce de la main droite. Deuxième doigt, troisième, quatrième, cinquième doigt. Prenez conscience de la paume, le poignet, le kund, l'épaule, aisselle droite, taille à droite, hanche droite, cuisse droite, le genou, le mollet, la cheville, le talon, plante du pied, gros orteil, deuxième, troisième, quatrième, cinquième. Passons maintenant au côté gauche. Pouce de la main gauche, deuxième doigt, troisième, quatrième, cinquième, paume, poignet, coude, épaule, aisselle, taille à gauche, hanche, cuisse gauche, le genou, le mollet, la cheville, le talon, plante du pied, gros orteil, deuxième, troisième, quatrième, cinquième. Prenez conscience maintenant de l'épaule droite, épaule gauche, homoplate droite, homoplate gauche, fessier droit, fessier gauche, toute la colonne vertébrale, tout le dos en entier, tout le dos, tout le dos. Prenez conscience de tout le dos. Prenez conscience du sommet de la tête, du front, sourcil droit, sourcil gauche, l'espace entre les deux sourcils, l'oeil droit, l'oeil gauche, oreille droite, oreille gauche, joue droite, joue gauche, le nez, le bout du nez, la lèvre supérieure, la lèvre inférieure, le menton, la gorge, clavicule droite, clavicule gauche, poitrine droite, poitrine gauche, le milieu de la poitrine, le nombril, l'abdomen, le bas-ventre. Passons maintenant aux parties principales. Prenez parfaitement conscience de votre souffle et des mouvements au niveau de votre nombril, à l'inspiration, à l'expiration. Et puis maintenant la même chose avec les poumons, le thorax, à l'inspiration et à l'expiration. Prenez conscience de votre souffle et des mouvements de votre thorax. Passons maintenant aux sensations. Éveillez en vous la sensation de lourdeur dans le corps. Éveillez la sensation de lourdeur dans votre corps. Laissez la sensation de lourdeur dans le corps s'installer. Devenez pleinement conscient de la sensation de lourdeur dans votre corps. Vous devenez de plus en plus lourd et vous pouvez observer la sensation de votre corps qui s'enfonce dans le sol. Éveillez la sensation de lourdeur de votre corps qui s'enfonce dans le sol. Réveillez en vous l'expérience de la chaleur du corps. Imaginez votre corps qui devient de plus en plus chaud. Tout votre corps est chaud. Tout le corps est chaud. Tout le corps est chaud. Tout votre corps est brûlant. Ressentez la chaleur de l'été sur votre corps. La sensation du soleil à l'extérieur de vous et la sensation du soleil sur votre corps. Tout votre corps est chaud. Prenez conscience de la chaleur de votre corps. Et puis concentrez-vous maintenant sur l'espace que vous voyez en face de vos yeux fermés. Cet espace que nous nommons Chidakash. Imaginez devant vous un écran à travers lequel vous pouvez voir un espace infini, un espace profond qui s'étend à perte de vue. Concentrez-vous sur cet espace noir et profond. Prenez conscience de tous les phénomènes qui pourraient remonter à votre conscience. Prenez conscience de cet espace noir en le vivant avec détachement. Imaginez maintenant que vous vous retrouvez au cœur d'une belle nature. Une nature qui se réveille le matin. Une nature verdoyante avec un soleil encore timide. Il n'y a personne. Tout est calme. Tout est légèreté. Vous marchez sur l'herbe encore teintée de la rosée matinale. Prenez conscience des bruits de la nature tout autour de vous. Le vent qui vient siffler dans vos oreilles. Les oiseaux qui chantent pour saluer le jour nouveau. Il y a d'immenses arbres avec leur essence boisée. Des jardins de fleurs avec leur essence douce et voluptée. Imaginez toutes les couleurs de ces pétales. Et puis dans ce paysage se trouve une petite rivière avec un petit pont de bois. Vous traversez le pont et vous pouvez continuer à apporter un petit sentier de terre qui vous emmène progressivement dans un espace de calme, de tranquillité. Il règne ici une harmonie totale. Le silence agréable vous pousse à fermer progressivement les yeux et à rester immobile en ce lieu. Et à éprouver encore plus des sensations de paix profonde. Ressentez le silence intérieur qui s'installe en vous. L'harmonie. Et vous êtes pleinement conscient que vous méditez et que vous respirez ce silence intérieur. Laissez le silence intérieur et la paix. Vous habitez totalement. Ramenez maintenant votre conscience à Shidakash. Ramenez votre conscience à cet espace infini, cet espace noir que vous voyez en face de vos yeux fermés. Observez bien cette obscurité. Vous la regardez très attentivement avec détachement. Vous laissez votre mental se reposer dans cet espace de calme et d'obscurité. Votre mental se repose. Votre mental se repose pendant que vous êtes totalement conscient de cette obscurité. C'est le moment maintenant de répéter votre sankalpa du début. Répétez votre sankalpa le même qu'au début de la séance. Vous pouvez répéter mentalement trois fois votre sankalpa là maintenant en le vivant pleinement avec force et avec conviction. Prenez maintenant conscience de votre respiration. Pleine conscience de votre respiration et des mouvements de votre souffle. Prenez conscience de la respiration. Pleine conscience de la relaxation. Laissez la conscience de la relaxation et la conscience de votre existence physique s'intensifier encore plus. Pleine conscience de votre corps. Pleine conscience de vos bras, de vos jambes et de votre corps allongé sur le sol. Reprenez conscience de la pièce du lieu dans lequel vous vous trouvez. Prenez conscience du sol, du plafond, des murs et peut-être progressivement conscience des bruits à l'intérieur, des bruits à l'extérieur. Laissez votre mental se familiariser de nouveau avec votre environnement tout en laissant votre corps tranquillement installé pendant quelques instants, les yeux fermés. Reprenez contact avec votre tonus musculaire et soyez à l'écoute de votre corps et écoutez ce qui peut être bon d'offrir à votre corps là maintenant. Peut-être l'envie de bouger en douceur votre tête de gauche à droite. Peut-être l'envie d'offrir l'étirement à votre corps. Prenez tout votre temps car rien ne presse. Rien n'est urgent dans cet instant. Soyez assuré d'être totalement éveillé et de revenir tout en douceur. Vous pourrez ouvrir les yeux lorsque vous vous sentirez prêt à revenir totalement dans l'ici et maintenant. La séance de yoga nidra est à présent terminée. Merci d'avoir partagé ce moment avec moi.
