I knew all that. and begin to settle in. There is nothing for you to do right now. except listen to my voice. and simply allow yourself. to be here. present. and supported. bring attention to your face. notice any areas of tightness. and inviting softness. at the center of the forehead between the eyebrows. around the eye sockets. temples. cheeks. nose. mouth. Let the shoulders drop. chest. and the belly. soften. and both arms. Both legs. to be happy. Sense the whole body now. Resting. Letting go. of any tension. bring gentle awareness. to the breath. money to change it. Just notice. his natural rhythm. Gentle. expansion. and release. with each breath. Imagine now. A warm... golden light. surrounding you. Soft. and comforting. in this supportive light. gently holds you. infusing every part of your body. with a sense. of peace. with each breath. and light. moves deeper. releasing tension. and inviting calm. and you Allow the warmth. to settle. in your chest. in your belly. and flow out to your arms legs. and to the crown of the head. this golden night filling every cell. every atom. of the body. connecting every part of you. in a gentle, calming. with them. in this golden night is a gentle reminder. The peace is always available within you. and know that you can return to this warm light. at any time you need a moment of calm. Bring awareness back to the room around you now. perhaps take. and D. cleansing breath here. in through the nose. and release on the exhale through the mouth. Begin to bring gentle movement back to your fingers and toes. You might roll your shoulders or take a stretch. I'm just pausing here. and sensing into how you feel right now. and when you feel ready. you can open your eyes. Her name is Jemma. Thank you for taking this time to practice with me. and I hope you carry this sense of peace with you. as you continue your day.
